I remember people talking the same about this season when it begun. Then more and more voices arose about how good it is when the first few episodes had been aired.
Everyone laughed about the people that said this season sucks in here though... I certainly remember people having to contain their orgasms in irc about how awesome this season is going to be at LEAST 2 months befor it started. Multiple times. And everyone was hyping this season like crazy and somewhere inbetween you had those weird people that thought the season is going to suck.
pre-season pessimism is a thing, but it's certainly different from what it was like last season.
When you don't know the context it sounds lewd .. except that she meant this both figuratively and literally at the same time. (i hope she just meant this in a lewd way)
It's giving me ominous feelings that series won't end in a happy note and i don't like it.
The premise of "taking an interest of someone who sees you as food" if i think about it it sounds similar to some kind of random vampire and teenage girl romance story that i usually loathe.
However among other parts of the show whenever they present it this way where the Prey(MC) tango's with the Predator(purple hair girl) and especially when the predator obviously likes the other party but doesn't actually matter when it comes to her stomach.(i surely hope i am wrong) This particular relationship dynamic between this Cheeky-Tanuki and this Sinister Flying Angel(devil) is so awesome.
This are one of the few exceptions where i actually like the premise.

Also, we can replace trinity seven with something else if you want. Top3 for me this season would be: Shirobako, amaburi, denkigai out of which we're already watching amaburi. If you're into either of the other two we can watch that instead or leave it at only amaburi. Thing about Amaburi is that I like it a lot more than you do I think, so if there's anything else to pander more towards your style I'm all ears for that.
