I did it after the second one. Also, watched first PP2 promos today and my expectations are really plummeted down. After many enjoyable sci-fi references by Ubukata in Mardock, the trailer didn't implied a single dystopian based one. All same fucking faces, all the same future police with magic guns procedurial, same OP/ED performers. The only good news is that animation production moved to Tatsunoko. | ||

All pretty shit. Efforts to combine the Allison series and on with hitotsu no tairiku was also on the shit side. Also he has some new series that's like...a ln writer version of bakuman. Only skimmed a vol but was also decidedly mediocre. Perhaps her 1st love is yet another version of the mc since they seem to be implying that he has something special about him too. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Well, Inaho is dead. Saazbaum is dead. Hime-sama is dead. Slaine survives. I'm guessing season 2 will be a redemption arc for him, but man...damn. You can really see the internal conflict in Slaine. The episode was called Childhood's End, which I really like, because first of all, yeah, it really is (esp. for Slaine). Also, the book by Arthur C. Clarke. It's a bit of a stretch, but the book features several significant time skips and I think it would be interesting for A.Z to do that as well. | ||
