Oh haji did you read FMP's finale~ i wouldnt have recommended it so myself before watching it either. i like fighting anime a lot more than "real life" ones. and ones with uber young looking characters is even further off for me. what does haji like, or rather why would k-on be such a bad idea? did you watch it yourself? oô I watched it, and based on what I remember of Haji's preferences from novels and the relatively low amount of animes, I wouldn't recommend it to him. That and I just wouldn't really recommend k-on to people, it is kind of entertaining, but nothing I can see myself suggesting to others to watch.

for those of you who are wondering, kaichou wa maid-sama is still countinue on manga... the ending of anime was chap 32 vol 7 (according to manga fox) and the length of the manga is vol 12 chap 54...
it means that season 2 is coming soon :D... i have read a little bit and i can guarentee that the story turned out to be REALLY interesting later on, lots of new characters got introduced :D....

I dunno, I personally liked Kaichou better before they started delving into Usui's path. The school festival really was the highlight of the story. Everything’s been sorta downhill since then. Speaking of which: + Show Spoiler [Kaichou ch 54] +What the heck is up with that butler guy and his master? It's like something out of a BL manga. -_-
By the way, I don’t think season 2 will come that soon. If it did, they’d probably run out of material pretty quickly, and that means filler. Of course, that didn’t stop them from doing Railgun... <.< Still, there’s Shana s3 and Hayate s3 to consider. I highly doubt another season of Kaichou would take priority over them, especially Shana. JC Staff loves their loli tsunderes.

i think/wish season 2 will come some where round X-mas with a OVA follow up

i think/wish season 2 will come some where round X-mas with a OVA follow up + Show Spoiler +I meant when Usui was all talking about teasing, and suddenly, the butler's thinking about how his own master (Usui's brother?) teases him. It just seemed like a really weird thing to put in that scene. =/

Not sure who exactly would care about this, but Unlimited Blade Works bluray is out somewhere, I saw some low quality Chinese subs floating around already.

Happened in 123 prince :D Yeah, but Kaichou only plays its yaoi for laughs. This scene didn't seem like it was supposed to be particularly funny, which was odd since it came out of nowhere. I guess it was just to make readers empathize with him more or something.
I saw a UBW blu-ray rmvb file on Tokyotosho. Don't know why they bothered with the blu-ray if they were gonna use that format <.< From what I remember, people said the quality of UBW wasn't great. CG dolphins, etc.

Its Chinese subs, I don't know why, but rmvb is amazingly popular when it comes to files distributed in the Chinese sources, especially early on. Maybe it is just a size thing.

Super Robot Wars finally airred, so I guess just got to wait for someone to pick it up. From what I've heard, its supposed to be good if you like mecha shows.

Pretty much it's the only thing that's making RealMedia relevant. Seriously, fuck that format.

I think I still have that saved somewhere.

I love Griffith and his perpetual troll face. Then the subsequent FFFUUU rage from Guts.
I want to know who the fuck thought it was a good idea to use that format for releases. Like a group doing releases and their encoder was like RMVB is great idea.

I posted this back in the October Desktop Thread because that's where I first saw it, but I'm going to assume this thread is more appropriate.
I just watched 5 Centimeters per Second....and I'm sad as hell. Don't get me wrong. The movie was absolutely amazing...but I'm a sucker for sad things. And this....made me super sad.
Every time I get recommended an Anime, it usually ends up being sad. Before this, I had watched the Animes made by Key (AIR, Clannad, Angel Beats), and I was more saddened by that.
And don't get me started on Grave of the Fireflies. *shudder*
