Yeah well...a Kotomine family spinoff would be nice. At least, better than the Miyako spinoff that we are getting right now.
Just went to doublecheck results from 10th year anniversary. FSN dominated pretty hard, although Shiki was somehow close for top. People have short memories and don't read fast enough, so Arc and Aoko got slapped pretty hard. Results would probably be even more onesided if we do the poll again anytime soon too, meh.

Ahhh I just binge watched all 140 episodes of Hunter X Hunter 2011 in a row.
That was enjoyable.
Massive spoilers if you intend to watch do not use your natural inclination to click. If you haven't watched don't click because it's a pretty good show.
+ Show Spoiler +Ant arc. Really disliked the huge power-up of Gon. At least it had massive consequences that is the entire basis of this arc. Though that's clearly going to be fixed anyway. Glad the show focuses on other characters quite often as well and fleshes them out a bit more & puts them in tense situations. The Gon power-up was pretty dumb though but if he becomes more mature and less selfish because of it, it might make it worth it. They seriously had no chance of touching Pitou otherwise. Kinda like the author wrote himself into a corner multiple times in this arc by making the ants too OP. At least they pulled off talk no jutsu in a fairly good way in this series and built up to the eventual talk no jutsu. In an odd way, you knew it was coming but I was actually looking forward to it because I thought it would be extremely lame if they made any other character (aka gon) power up and beat the king. All in all still enjoyed it. Felt terrible for the people who had to get munched on. Looking forward to the next arc with this extremely creepy kid.
All in all the show pulls off battles and discussions ongoing throughout the battle better than most other shows I've seen that actually create a tense atmosphere. A lot of that is due to time limits and constraints on everything but it flows pretty well. One of the main reasons I could never stand Bleach and dropped it years and years ago was because literally no one would ever die from the good guys side so the fights were completely meaningless and without tension. Well that and the writing truly was shit.

He's had them on since day one and I'm sure it's more because they are from his grandma, basically precious item. He also apologized for it and mentioned it has nothing to do with her but guess she just wasn't interested in listening to it. Either way, I expect reconciliation next episode.

+ Show Spoiler +While the power up did feel a bit off putting we have at least seen instances that kind of nen usage before with Kurapika. Gon merely went even more extreme so there is at least some in world explanation for it unlike a series like Bleach/FT who just pull power ups out their ass.
HxH is the best in it's genre I feel. Just a pity it'll take 100 years to finish.

anyone read World trigger this manga is getting so good, defo a big potential good fix/replacement for naruto/bleach.
i havent watched anything for awhile (gonna catch sao2, jojo3, space dandy2 now). anything else good is coming?? where the hell is my psychopass2??!

Just watched first 10 episodes of death note and the concept is so stupid.+ Show Spoiler +1/2 life w/ insane power and low risk vs 1 life w/ limited power and insane risk. FFS he almost lost to Naomi who required 5+ minutes to kill instead of one second. Considering his purported godlike deduction skills, he should have taken the trade.

+ Show Spoiler +He was arrogant and proud. So he assumed that he could kill Naomi without having the trouble of halved lifespan. Also remember he wanted to live for a very long time to rule.
