+ Show Spoiler + I saw the battle between Ash and Paul in the Pokemon League and it pretty much looked DragonBall Z-esque in terms of battle scenes New Pokemon's are always a disappointment but gameplay-wise, they do a really good job revamping it. | ||

Edit: Akashi is voiced by Maaya Sakamoto? I thought I recognized that awesome voice. Sweet. Man, how could you guys say DenYuuDen was gonna be bad? It's my favorite show this season. From what you've described though, the anime adaptation has cut out a significant amount of dango. The first one you don't really need to understand what they are saying yeah. I hope the second one becomes true, lately there has been way too little Misaka in Index novels. A quest to save Index? Like hell if I care. Also it is important to remember that Misaka's mom would in fact try to get the two to hook up. Oh, and that her dad is badass even if he appears twice in the whole series + side stories. 3rd one was from one of the Tsukihime manga anthologies right? Seven is not worth the money you spend on carrots I tell you. Besides, Seven technically belongs to Kohaku now mwhahahaha. | ||

But that's only if you consider the con game to be canon, which, considering that Sacchin is alive and that the story was originally written by someone else, is pretty iffy. Speaking of which, how on earth is Seven Ciel's most treasured possession? She sure doesn't seem to treasure it (her?), at least. | ||

.hacks are pretty standalone. Read up the premise somewhere if you don't know what's going on. All in all, it feels kinda silly how much role playing people do on MMO's, and I laughed instead of suspending my disbelief. | ||

Sakura is like a super gimped Hisui, Rin a gimped Akiha, Saber a gimped generic. The best ones in the supposed harem might well be Ilya (only because she doesn't have a route so she had a ton of traits) and Karen (who isn't quite in love with Shirou). So yeah. Pfft Shirou, who gives a damn about his side of things. | ||

I never said the anime was bad; Ecael and I were simply going back and forth about how the novels were horrifically paced and the characters were dreadfully stereotypical, and the combination of the two leads to pain. Regardless of the quality of the anime (which is pretty good so far) it doesn't change that I feel the novels are terrible, although rumor has it the later ones (ie. last volume of the first series) are much more manageable. | ||

For me, its Arcueid/Akiha vs Rin/Saber, and I like pretty much all of those equally.
