I don't know what you're talking about, there's been less time spent on dango scenes in denyuuden than in Clannad's ED. All that dango and Ferris is still not gaining weight, as she is being quite the pushover *rim-shot*. I love how it's like-- was 600 bucks, but you have 25% off. Now it's only 450 bucks!! Well some of them (like Itagaki Ayahi, rofl) were singing for accuracy, and some of them (HSotD MC) were obviously singing as a joke. What the guy who did Ladd Russo/Sonchou were doing I have no idea. Kitamura Eri seemed to be on and off, because she was clearly screwing around when she sang Tamashii no Rufuran as Yachiyo but when she was in Yui mode she seemed to be going full power... and then she sang deliberately off-key on the third one. Notou Mamiko (Hidamari Sketch) was full power as well. Ayumu (Kaichou ha Maid-sama) screwed around once and then went into serious-mode... et cetera et cetera. | ||

Were they actually trying to shoot for accuracy or was this a total parody? Amazon has a way of showing you MSRP and then tell you there is 25% off, but either way still painful. On one hand I want blu-ray, on the other hand it is freaking 500 bucks (knowing the exchange rate and the complete lack of intervention from BoJ). It is lucky that they are not doing dangos in DenYuuDen anime, because the light novels are more about dangos than anything else, but manages to shove in some serious stories every so often that's not about dango and actually good. So at some point the equation goes like dango = bad. | ||

You are lucky you didn't read the short stories, I mean, they were pretty funny in general, but it is like each vol has 1 story actually worth reading, occasionally not even, and invariably Ferris and dangos and Ryner being a sexual predator were not involved. It takes Shion to make Ferris actually do something that's not dango related  It is interesting to note how Ryner's level of notoriety as a sexual predator increases exponentially and actually kind of helps him later on. Kind of. EDIT - oh uta, the c78 fandisc for muramasa seems to be out, I can't find steins;gate yet though. | ||
