It was hardly that bad though. Slightly amusing too when considering Araragi's conversation regarding imoutos with Senjougahara during the Snail arc. I finally watched NGE + EoE last night. I don't know which ending I understood better but I'm leaning towards EoE though on reflection they're pretty similar, with the ending scene with Asuka in EoE slightly more wtf. | ||

All of them - liked them very much. Although they didn't have such amazing music as Bebop, but afaik nothing has. | ||

Fanservice and harem are present but do not prevent the story from developping. Its also much less aggressive than freezing on that. So many ongoing manga though..... Its really hard to remember becasuse most are monthly or longer | ||

I kind of got how broke they were when the previews switched to hand-drawn pictures stitched together... I still have yet to watch Eva 3.33 but I re-watched Eva 2.22 after the watching 25 and 26. Was definitely less confused compared to the first time around, and I felt like the Rebuild movies were... Happier. Then again I keep hearing people say how fucked up the third movie is so I should watch that soon before saying anything. Anyone watching Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha? | ||

Yoko Kanno composed the music for Bebop, so if you wanted more music of that level, trying other anime that she composed for could do the trick. I think Escaflowne and Turn A have the best music out of her, but there she puts out a lot of good stuff. | ||

Knowing this type of series, the final explanation as to what's going on will be awful and resolve nothing. And Eba is an awful person too, most people that only watched the anime from 2013 will not know about the more indepth details of what happened before the tokyo-arc. Seeing Eba suffer in the chapter released around christmas was one of the most satisfying things i have read in quite some time. Curious question: What makes them similar? From the synopsis i don't see too many similarities. | ||
