That's the good part, spicy wolf is bad because it pretends it makes sense when it doesn't. Amagi was just about random magical things happening and shit pulls through because magic while characters do silly things.

Wake up girls and Toaru look promising. Chuunibyou is similar to season one in terms of how it is. Buddy Complex, Noragami and Niseoki look ok as well, need more time but I think it'll be fine. I would give these a try.
If you want some comedic and over the top anime, give these a try:

Keep in mind that this represents my opinion and I'm sure that there will be some opposition as usual to some of these choices XD In the end, I would just watch all of them and then decide yourself
edit: there are also some good anime from last season that are continuing now like Nagi no Asukara, Magi or Log Horizon so I would give those a try if you don't mind watching season 1 for each of them
