I almost forgot that Tomoya dies at the end after he gets that surgery... don't know how I forgot it. That shit was pretty emotional. I wish they would make that into like 3EPs or something.

It has to just be the game, the anime only gave 1 OVA featuring a Tomoyo/Tomoya relationship and that one didn't play out like what he described.
