Mostly I finish them and marathon them as quick as I can <.<, I probably watched all 20+ episodes of White Album in like 3 days, almost every episode finished with me going OMG WHAT!? I read the manga back in April and was hooked on it. Read through it in 2 days since I also look at the art and such. I watched a bit of the anime but seeing as the manga was far ahead, I forgot for a week and now I'm 7 episodes behind at least. Not sure I'll catch up yet, rather catch the 1-2 chapters that I missed since Sept. I read part of the first chapter of Kimi ni Todoke, seems interesting. Dumb characters aren't necessarily bad imo. Keep in mind that even in Ryuji's case, from our perspective, it was obvious but he never knew that Minori liked him(she didn't do much), that Ami liked him(she only did one thing back after she beat her stalker) or Taiga(she started doing much more after the Christmas episode and he noticed a bit more but never got Ami's comment). btw, since I didn't mention this, he also acted like it was kitamura saved her since Taiga herself didn't want to hear that she said those comments so he was respecting her wish (and not being a prick lol). I give most animes a chance unless it's ecchi anime then forget it lol. You gotta give them more time imo. Some animes are slow and a bit boring at the start then they pick up. Shingeki no Kyojin is amazing imo. Last I was reading it, we were getting more and deeper into the story. I dunno when it got popular since I only found out about it in April but either way, I would still read it regardless. well, I marathon some but like you, if I'm enjoying something or want to see more and have the time etc... then I go for it. Had time last night for Valvrave and went for it. Don't regret it XD Magika is supposedly a secret organization that is in control of the world or something. Every situation in the anime is about this, someone who is more astute than her takes advantage of her and one of her friends or love interest has to fix it but not before she spends 1 or 2 episodes being depressed about what she did which was nothing because it wasn't her fault anyway but she didn't know because she never had friends or people to interact with blah blah SIIIIIIIIIGH. It's exhausting just thinking about it lol, this drama just feels forced imo. Also remember how me and Blizz broke up? well this show disappointed me even worse than Blizz lol. I could write an actual essay explaining all the things that I disliked about this show, I dropped it around episode 8. Yes the art is AMAZING, and yes I'll admit I was SO pumped about this show when it started that I would download the raws then watch it again subbed, I almost read the manga but I'm SO lazy about reading mangas that even this show couldn't make me . But yeah I was just like meh :/ just a "gritty" and "bloody" naruto, not worth my time and moved on . I also dislike all that ecchi and fanservice shit lol, I'm really not the demographic for that, not worth watching a show if that's what the writers hoped would hook people <.<. Seems to me all this blood and "grittiness" is just AoT's way of trying to be "mature" the same way Mass Effect uses stupid "sex scenes" to do the same, they both just look silly trying to be more than just entertainment for kids imo. The story overall I hate and it gets reaaaally slow sometimes which annoyed me I mean get to the fucking basement already T_T and where the fuck is Eren's dad? wtf he showed up randomly in the first few episodes to inject him with something and disappeared? wtf and no one saw him.. sigh seems they just tease you with this shit then spend 20 episodes teasing you that SOON they will get to THAT part of the story. Long story short, hate the story and their attempt at being "mature" , so, not watching it . I went on a gundam music spree after that one lol, so much nostalgia attached to those songs D: love it. For me titan was horrible i felt soo sick watching those first few ep's O_O it hurt really bad to watch those people die and the way they were crying and the fear shiiiiiit!!! i wanted to turn it off cause i was crying it made me feel so horrible but i kept watching hoping for the saving grace ending (to explain why all this horrible stuff is happening)...and it didnt even come cause it needed more seasons very sad about that i dont want to watch the second season cause i can only imagine they'll ramp up the deaths and gruesome factors but i also really really wanna find out where the fuck the titans came from and wtf why is eren a titan whats in the basement!!!! ggrr... didnt like titan for those personal reasons.

Long story short, hate the story and their attempt at being "mature" , so, not watching it . I went on a gundam music spree after that one lol, so much nostalgia attached to those songs D: love it. I think I said it before but WA is a good show, it's just a different show (for now I think) than WA2. The pace isn't too bad. Other thing is that they need to clear the city and Eren would get overpowered after a while plus they didn't know he had the titan power in the first phase. You gotta lower your expectations, watch it with none and then build them up otherwise too high and you'll get disappointed. I wanted Eren to be like that since he was so driven, human titans just aren't fun to watch. well, not that but I think you have your own expectations like in Toradora and since they aren't being met, you start disliking the show. + Show Spoiler +Eren being a titan made me more curious about the show and where the titans came from and if everyone else or a select few can be titans etc... While I see your point and agree that he should've remained human, it just makes sense plot wise to make his be a titan without realizing it.
lol I never insisted. I just wrote what I was disappointed in and wanted to know if there was a reason for what happened in the last episode or not. Discussing equals to learning. Who knows? Maybe Valvrave has some deep logic and we missed it XD
Btw, White Album 2 is awesome as well lol. + Show Spoiler +It does feel like they spoiled it since we know the ending The two girls character(Tsuma and Setsuna) are so different in character. It feels odd that the anime revolves around trying to recruit band members to play in the festival and make Haruki's dream a reality(I presume). One more episode to watch

I dunno, I actually really enjoyed it. I haven't watched other gundams but I still liked what I saw. It did get confusing since they kept switching around and such but it wasn't too bad imo.
You should watch some actual good gundam shows then. Which is pretty much everything except SEED.

Saying Eren is the main character so he can't be bad ass because he's too hot headed would be like saying Goku or Naruto or that dude from Bleach can't be bad ass for the same reasons lol. I don't think you need to be cold and calculating to be bad ass with that maneuvering gear. I get your point about my expectations and what not, the way people were hyping it I thought it was the second coming of Christ but we ended up with just another shounen, thought this was going to be a relatively smart shounen. Kind of like Lelouch from Code Geass and how fun a less brainless mecha anime was, specially the first few episodes of the show. I'm okay not watching Titan, all my friends enjoy it I just don't .
Why do you mean they spoiled the show? you mean with what they showed at the beginning of the first episode? The show will have 20+ episodes, my guess is that they will graduate, go to university and shit will happen there. I doubt they will stay in high school and the band. From what they shown just in episode 1, I think that's where they are headed. Also it's TOUMA not TSUMA. Glad you like it .

I'm guessing she won't show up and then they'll get to her place and get her to a hospital or something. Haruki will spend time in the hospital and they will grow closer. On the other hand, Setsuna will be upset about her friend being sick but she might be jealous about Haruki being so close to her. I mean, she got kinda jealous and depressed because he spent time at Touma's place without telling her. She obviously has feelings for him and I think she developed them since the first episode. Touma is starting to develop them as well although she's still a bit in her own world. Setsuna wanting Haruki to call her by her first name was funny lol. btw, do you know what Touma was writing or doing in that book? I mean, we don't have much hints to go by but I wasn't sure if I missed something.

Hajime no Ippo really owns, ty Souma. Great having a long series to chip away at again. Definitely starting Usagi Drop once I've caught up on ippo, and then probably Tatami Galaxy.
Actually liking this season of shows less than last, despite how pretty everything is. Kyoukai no Kanata & Golden Time are fun, and Nagi no Asakura reminds me of Shin Sekai Yori, but nothing new stands out yet, for me.
Uchuu Kyoudai is as good as ever, though. Glad the show never stops.

Timeline goes Kizu, Neko (black), Bakemono, Nisemono, Kabuki (Mayoi Jiangshi), Neko (white)/Onimono (Shinobu Time) happens at the same time, Otorimono (Nadeko Medusa) and so on.
Regarding Kizu, the only Kizu we'll ever get are the first 1-2 minutes in Bakemono.

Technically Kabuki overlapped w/ Neko Shiro/Oni as it ended on the day those 2 started, with Hanekawa running into Hachikuji before the latter found Araragi. I am sure I don't need to explain the chapter number breaks in neko shiro.

Well while it didn't have rants, it's just all the text you were replying to + your replies, if anything the rants are better to "look at" for other people since they are inside spoiler tags. Just didn't feel right quoting that one since it was kinda long. She'll probably go to the hospital but both Setsuna and Haruki will be there, just like they did after her freak out with the teacher in the music room, Haruki wants everyone to feel part of the group and that they're a "unit" not him and Touma and Setsuna on the outside that's what caused toothbrush-gate lol. While yes it is very obvious that Setsuna likes Haruki (Also Touma I mean she worked so hard for his "dream", no one would do that unless they liked someone A LOT), Setsuna worked so hard to recruit Touma for the band because Haruki wanted her there not because she had any particular attachment to the piano playing person she didn't know lol. She got jealous I'll say 90% because of her past history with her friends and what happened there, she didn't want to feel left out of the new group she found, I think if she was perceiving that Touma was stealing Haruki romantically she would have pulled out the claws not just be all emo about it. It's obvious they both like Haruki and Haruki likes Touma because she's so cool and talented (not that Touma thinks she is lol), that part by the train when Touma pulls him off the train was like :O! TOUMA WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? Haruki was like O_O WUT!?. Either way I think the "dream" is probably some sort of song or something and that's why Lizuka gave it to Touma who is very musically talented and all that, she was probably writing some music/working on some arrangements for the event? that's my best guess since like you I don't have much to go by. If I had to "guess" which at this point is pretty difficult, I'll say Touma but I can't say that sure by much since he promised Setsuna that whole I'll never let you go and stop talking to you blah blah thing, I guess we'll find out, this show is going to be long and lots of shit will happen.
