Thats disapointing, I knew the LN were still ongoing but the anime ended with a lot of things to do (though I guess it might be hard to find new inter-class conflict without it getting stale).
Hasn't it been a while though since season 2? I would think they would have made S3 by now considering its been 2 years and they haven't even announced the possibility of it yet.

I'm about to watch the 8th episode of F/Z, and one thing I don't understand (aside from relationships across the board, and why do they show me title the card at the END of the episode), is why is the damn sword still concealed? It's holding back so many badass points... Other than that, it's pretty awesome, and I'm just blown away from the animation, I especially liked how they animated Berserker.
Edit: there are 2 specials, which came with the F/Z Season 1 package, I suppose I should watch them between EP 13 and 14?
I also dig how they pace the anime: sometimes a whole episode about action, then a mixed one with action and some drama, then some character orientated one, it's interesting, and much different from the usual build-up I'm used to. The OP and ED are cool as well, which is surprising, because - for some reason - it's like everyone is racing to make the most boring ED ever. There are good ones as well ofc, but some of them are cheating, like Ano Hara, with the way they start it up earlier to pull you in.

Probably a combination of it doesn't actually waste mana to keep it concealed, not everyone knows her identity IIRC, and they don't want to reveal just how powerful the sword actually is.

Actually didn't Saber have that mana imbue ability that drains a bit of mana every attack for extra ATK, or am I thinking of BMW. Well either way it wasn't really a concern and ate up minimal mana.

"oh btw, IS is the the reason I started watching anime and was the first anime I ever watched. Someone in TL picture thread posted that houki gif, I thought it looks nice and all anime I knew up until that point were fugly REALLY old ones"
