From what I have learned from [gg] they like to add swear words. Its actually funny when I can distinguish when the chars swear and when they really dont. I dont mind it though. But ya, you can expect a little edgier subs from them.

yeah that's what I got from them as well. It really is funny sometimes if you're aware of that. Other than that I haven't seen something really bad from them, though I don't know if I watched that much from them at all. I think baka test (?) and attack on titan but can't recall anything else right now, so might be variance on my part.

gg likes to fool around a bit with their subs (funny/unfunny jokes inserted here and there) rather frequently.
Honestly, people who actually skip gg mainly do it to ride the running joke of that gg and/or commie subs are utter shit.

Eh, one of my pet peeve about sub / translation is the tsukkomi translator add by themselves. It's fine if it's at end of chapter or as separate track, but when dumped into actual content, it's like people sitting by you talk non stop while you were trying to watch a movie or read a book: just STFU already!

Its a magical girl show. Monsters attack, so they fight the monsters with magical girl stuff (that are very mecha-ish) and music.
