Ah fuck, the Chihaya tears caught me off guard. I immediately knew why she was crying, and then I started to tear up like crazy too: Taichi finally caught up to her and Arata T_T....
..............
Edit: Let me clarify why this was such a powerful scene: Taichi was reminded that Chihaya hasnt forgotten about him and was in fact waiting for him this entire time. Something that we had no clue about for all of Season 1 or 2. So when Chihaya finally broke down in front of Taichi like that, it was like she finally let down a wall of emotions that was built up since the start of their training.
The impact of that scene was amazing, I seriously didnt see that one coming. I was so focused on the Arata/Shinobu match instead...
One of the greatest perks to this show is that you never know what Chihaya is thinking. God I love her so much.
I've never had much experience with a yandere character and I'm curious. Is there a good (eng translated) VN or anime I should pick up? I should probably skip something as extreme as Yandere considering I'm having to work myself up to finish Kara no Shoujo tonight.
Hmm Kingdom apparently completely eluded me, even though it's typically the kind of shit that I like and it's rated 8.0+. The season 2 is starting, is the season 1 worth watching to catch up?

Damn, decent seiyuu line-up too.
That's a surprisingly high rating, considering that the only thing I ever hear about the anime is how bad the cgi is.

From what I've heard, the manga is good and the anime is bad. Might just be the usual "the manga was better!" talk though.
After giving up trying to marathon Valvrave to watch what all the fuss was about at ep 10, I just decided to watch it straight up already. And it was not worth it.
Like wtf is this show even about. For the first time, Im complaining about not enough mech. Cause seriously, the mech fights in ep 1 and 2 were fucking amazing. Then everything after that was just... wtf is this.... Some super witty silver fag that everyone is supposed to treat like hes a god. Give me a break.
