Can't say I am satisfied with how he left Asuka though, really left an annoying lingering feeling.

Can't believe there still are so many chapters left, now that Eba is back together with Haruto and all that jazz. Can't say I am satisfied with how he left Asuka though, really left an annoying lingering feeling. That moment literally made me turn off my computer in frustration. I just went to bed at like 9 because I couldn't deal with reading anymore.

Indeed, it is my opinion. Correct me if I'm wrong, but asking "What's wrong with Chuu2?" is a question asking for other people's opinion on 'what's wrong with it'. In the case you were being rhetorical (which is entirely possible, I guess), and stating that there isn't anything wrong with it (lol), then that's just like, your opinion etc.

If the guy enjoys watching it (and I assume he does because he could have dropped it otherwise), why should he not watch it even if there OBVIOUSLY are better shows which he might not have watched yet?

"What's wrong with Chuu2" and "What's wrong with watching Chuu2" are pretty much the same question, imo. Anyway, I guess I've made my point. Due to my opinion that Chuu2 is of low quality, I don't believe its worth watching.

What? Maybe some person only has enough time in his schedule to watch a 1 show. He is aware of Show A and Show B. He has some knowledge of his tastes, and is open to either, and comes to this thread looking on opinions for both so he can form a decision of which show would be a more enjoyable use of his time. Sure he can watch Show A and have a good time, but maybe if he watched Show B he would enjoy his time even more. If we assume that no single person has enough time to enjoy every single experience possible, choosing any experience, any entertainment at all, naturally excludes the possibility of choosing another experience. Example: the time I spent wasting my life playing World of Warcraft was time I could not have spent hiking the Appalachian Trail, practicing piano, writing a novel, or even watching some really good anime. People waste time. A lot of the time they don't give a fuck about it, and that's fine. But they also have the right to occasionally give a fuck and choose to spend their time on something fulfilling. Our job as people who might have seen Show A or Show B or both would be to say, "Hey. We're both human beings who can communicate in English. This is what I thought about Show A. This is what I thought about Show B. This is how I felt they compare. I heard other people may have these other opinions. Enjoy." On Chuu2: This was an ep8 or so drop for me. In the beginning I stayed because there was a lot of silly buzz about it, and the humor/slice of life was acceptable. The idea of "chuunibyou" itself also intrigues me since I think it definitely affected me at some point, but there is no synonym in English, no corresponding label in Western culture that I know of. Well clearly the show wasn't about to dissect that in any interesting level and rapidly converged to a romance so saccharine and easy that I cringed. The heroine's back-story was also unbelievable and a turn-off especially in how it was presented way more dramatically than its substance demanded. I dropped after the episode where the heroine (I forgot her name) almost fell of the ceiling because I simply wasn't interested anymore.

Sure he can watch Show A and have a good time, but maybe if he watched Show B he would enjoy his time even more. Sure, but he didn't ask for recommendations nor did he imply he has such a tight schedule that would warrant such a response. As I said, that statement ("There are plenty of other, better anime you can spend your time watching.") can be applied to the vast majority of anime and is thus obsolete. Taking it to its logical conclusion means you should only bother with the crème de la crème and ignore everything else, which is problematic in many ways, unless you are a very casual watcher or, as you said, have a very tight schedule. To add to that, I am pretty sure everyone here including Ferrose knows that Chuu2 is not the best thing ever and that there are indeed better anime out there, yet he decided to watch it for whatever reason (and there can be plenty, like trying out something new, or because he is a big fan of KyoAni or whatever), making the statement even more obsolete in this case. Our job as people who might have seen Show A or Show B or both would be to say, "Hey. We're both human beings who can communicate in English. This is what I thought about Show A. This is what I thought about Show B. This is how I felt they compare. I heard other people may have these other opinions. Enjoy." That would indeed be our job, if he asked for recommendations or asked for opinions on shows A and B. It's irrelevant in this case though. There are many anime with issues, in fact most of them. They can still be worth watching for some people (this might shock you, but some people have different views on quality of shows, different preferences and different taste than you). Unless you're also trying to say that one should only watch the very best anime has to offer.

Asking whats wrong with watching Chuu2 is the same thing as asking what its flaws are, since... Chuu2 is whats being watched, lol. If something isn't worth watching, its because there is something horribly wrong with it. So maybe in the future, if you don't actually want to know whats wrong with watching something, which is the same thing as asking why that something is not worth watching, which is the same thing as asking what its flaws are, maybe you should ask a better question. Btw, thanks for the Captain Obvious stuff like "most anime has issues" and "people have different preferences and tastes than me", though.
