Well, Taiga is like the concentration of worst part of Kugimiya chara. She is more spoiled obnoxious than the likes of Shana, Louise, Nagi or Aria, but also ridiculous and without a good reason.

She's easily the most bearable of all the KugiRie characters. Louise was easily the worst, all tsun, and violent and spoiled, Nagi is spoiled as well, Shana... meh idk depends on the season I guess, and I never watched Aria.
Nagi and Louise barely changed since their first episode, while Taiga changes the most. I guess if you want to compare between Minorin and Ami, it's easy to say she's the worst, but I didn't like the initial Ami. And I think that bias carried over even after she became friends with everyone.
