I'm trying to start reading again and picked up on some old series that I was following. But now I'm at a deficit of manga... I won't read the "big 3" yet since I have so much to follow up on and have forgotten a lot of backstory. I want to start out fresh, "Monster" was a great manga that I completed within 2 days. Thoughts?

Thoughts? onepunch-man, tower of god, berserk, TWGOK, holyland, the breaker Although I'm sure others can recommend some more, I'm really not that into manga. These are all great, though

Geass R2 was ranked #1 on MAL for almost 4 years. That should tell you how accurate MAL ratings are.

Thoughts? Completed: Living Game All works by Adachi Mitsuru (Touch, Miyuki, Niji Iro Tougarashi are my fav, but all of them are really good) Love Hine (can try Negima also) Maison Ikkoku Kimagure Orange Road Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou Monster Gunslinger Girls Fruit Basket Urusai Yatsura Aria 3x3 Eyes Slam Dunk Yu Yu Hakusho Rurouni Kenshin Ongoing: Claymore Nisekoi Medaka Box Oishinbo (but impossible to find outside Japan for some reason) For ongoing it's best just go to a popular online site, check out the daily update and pick the ones looks interesting to you. Of the big three, One Piece is great, the other two not so much (but still fun to read)

Thinking of getting the Shin Matsunaga Zaku II, but it looks pretty complicated >.< ![]() MG kits have a pretty big range in difficulty, but that Zaku II doesn't look that difficult to build, even for a beginner. As long as you have the basic model building stuff, aka a pair of plastic nippers, you're good. The instructions on most kits, even though is in japanese, are quite easy to follow without any knowledge of japanese. additional info: http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?topic_id=358094 note specifically the "Building Gunpla" section and specifically the picture of the construction booklet.

onepunch-man is a deconstruction of shonen and battle manga in general and while it's pretty funny to me you probably want to read that later, twgok is a romance/comedy that's very popular as well if you're into that sort of thing (MC is a eroge god who is forced to pick up real chicks who forget him after he "clears them")

All the nothing in it was really cool. I liked the first 8 episodes a lot too even though I've heard they can be slow.

Hah, I read that long time ago but found it too bland. Couldn't connect with any of the characters at all.

+ Show Spoiler + The way in which there's just nothing left at the end is actually kinda comforting.
