Shirou is alright, but the males protagonists in T-M just don't tend to be all that awesome ![]() Shirou is a character that makes me want to punch out my screen. It amazes me that any character could be so dense. Maybe this is part of the reason why the h-scenes are unintentionally hilarious (though admittedly, it's not like Tsukihime's were much better. It's just not Nasu's forte, I guess). Shirou is pretty much the sole reason why I hate the Fate route, and by extension, the anime. He's just so goddamn stupid. Agh. Shiki is also stupid sometimes, but at least he's sharp when it counts (usually). Kokutou is probably the smartest of the bunch. Too bad he doesn't really get to do anything. Heaven's Feel is going to be really epic. However, I do not like that constant harem thing in the series. It makes the story even lamer. You really think they'll try to make a movie for HF as well? I figured UBW was just a one time thing for the fans. And as far as I know, HF isn't that popular... Still waiting on subs for all my shows. ![]() Edit: Waiting to see episode 2 of most shows before passing judgment on the Spring season.

Archer, well, he started the GAR phenomenon. It's not that surprising, really. Everything they do is just so awesome that it's hard not to like them. I don't really know what to make of Angel Beats. It flip flops between comedy and tragedy so quickly it's a little ridiculous. I guess dark humor's just the norm for this show. I laughed when I saw the laser trap. Resident Evil, anyone? Also, the OP is glorious.

Starting Kimi ni Todoke. First two eps have been great, and I'm really looking forward to the rest of it with all the positive things I've heard.

AB's OP is painful, but glorious. It hurts to see every anime have music that completely doesn't match with the motions of the characters playing ![]()

As for characters playing music, I guess the animators and the musicians work separately. Gotta meet deadlines. =/

![]() Incidentally, T.K.'s voice actor is American, born in Hawaii to an American father and Japanese mother. He's a native English speaker. As for the other shows, Heroman is pretty amusing in an old-school superhero kind of way. Arakawa Under the Bridge is still a 'maybe' for me, going to see how Ep.2 is. Mayoi Neko Overrun looks pretty awful, and I'll probably drop it if Ep.2 isn't good.

And it's also a terrible gundam series. I can't seem to muster the urge to go past like ep 20.

Ironically, ZZ Gundam starts to get better after like episode 20 lol Not great, but better, once they get to Earth.
