I got a MG Griffon, which is a Labor from Patlabor! Its a Bandai Kit, and Master Grade, so I can only assume its going to be the same quality as a normal MG Gunpla. Anyway, thanks alot KazeHydra for the gift!!! I'll probably start building this Labor in a few days. I sliced my finger up making my Shiranui (see below), so I won't tackle a MG just yet, lol.

I knew you were watching/watched Petlabor recently though and your gunpla post came in handy so I knew what you already had. Just curious: what's your opinion of that mecha? Since I essentially chose it at random.
Funny story about the Lucky Star poster (which is actually quite enormous, for those who didn't get it the first time around). AX 2011 was giving out free giant posters so I just picked them up but turns out they were Code Geass and Lucky Star so I was just like wtf am I going to do with these dumb posters? The CG one got torn during travel so I just ripped it up more and threw it away. The LS one has been sitting in my closet for the last year and then when I got Sent for SS, I thought of the greatest idea Post pics after you go to the shooting range!

Finished tonari last night as well. I hope they have another season, but the end was satisfying enough. Feels like an end where the story still goes on (without the viewr)instead of everything coming to a close.
Hopefully the actual animation quality is better. But seems it's Nanoha Keizou Kusakawa who showed up rather than Campione one, and that's a very good thing.

I haven't get gotten to the part in Patlabor where it shows up yet, so I've yet to see it in animation. So until I see it in animation, I can't really make a real opinion about how much I like the mech. But just based on the lineart and picture on the box, it looks to be like a decent mecha. Its like they took a Gespenst from SRW, made it slimmer/leaner, and put these 2 thingers on its back (Aqua packs, or something).

Edit: IMO, in terms of Patlabor mecha, the Ingram is undisputed #1. It's just a really cool design. I also like the Python just because it looks badass with its face shield. Shinohara has good designs in general. The JSDF mecha, the Samson and the Helldiver, are also nice to look at. I guess I just don't like the Schaft mecha. ~_~
