IIRC they both had the same teacher, so naturally they would have similar art styles.
And not giving OP a chance is a crime against yourself.

I seriously cant wait for the Tourny arc to start, I keep hearing good things about it from the FT Manga thread.
Dude omg it's so good except for like 2-3 eps (you'll know why 1year from now).
On SAO: Can't remember who said this but I agree with them on the fact that SAO would be so much better if it actually focused on that fact of them progressing through the levels... instead of skipping like 70 floors. Now THAT would be a sick story. :<
You do realize you are now describing any normal, unending shounen manga.
Putting aside that SAO does have a clear end point, a "normal shounen manga" is better that ALO and GGO, and better than the side stories.
just watched the first episode of Busou Shinki (new anime from this season I believe)
Decent, the fightings were well done, but kind of disappointed too + Show Spoiler +
I was expecting the following : a kid who isn't very social plays with his toys. Instead, we get a form of "harem" with the typical teenage boy and his girls "miniatures". Also, yea, Japanese logic I guess, but why are these "robots" programmed like girls XD My picture of robot should be something logically cold
Also just watched the first episode of Code:Breaker. The start is interesting

Not saying this applies to you, but apparently alot of people are "disappointed" in Busou Shinki because they expected it to be like IS. Makes me laugh.

I was a bit dissappointed in IS since I thought it would be more darker.

I'm disappointed in Busou Shinki because the graphic quality of real people is about 3% of shinki's. Normally I don't pay attention to those anyway, but they are even too ugly to be background.

IS novel actually darker, somewhat, if it ever continues. Alot works get made into lighter / comedic shows when translate into anime, probably make sense from a market / business perspective.

Dantalian no Shoka 07-Ghost Shoujo Kakumei Utena
Utena,
Skip Dallian and Ghost.
KK! will give Utena the first go
Out of curiosity, is Dallian bad?
Also, any October anime are worth watching? (I watched one episode of Code:breaker and busou shinki ; I'll probably give them another episode before judging them!)
First episode of Psycho-Pass was good imo. We'll see if it gets even better or not, but I'm looking forward to next week's episode. Did remind me of that I really should watch the Ghost in the Shell stuff though.

What don't you understand?
If you didn't watch the movies it might make less to you, but in general it seems pretty straightforward to me. Maybe the science behind cyber-brains and stuff like that might not make a whole lot of sense, but I think that's more or less how little science actually goes behind making these things sound plausible anyway.

Im not really following any storyline, kinda seems like some episodes arent even really connected to me. They also keep mentioning past events ( like the laughing man?) and I have no idea what its about
