Did someone just say "deconstruction"? 'cause I think I just heard someone say "deconstruction".

I watched FAte/Zero first, and then also watched Magika after. I can definitely say that I enjoyed both!
If you hate the "happy going" and "let's all get along" theme that sometimes come with animes, both are much darker, in my opinion
ABOUT pandora : I ordered the manga and am hoping to read them very soon! (As soon as I receive them). Sad though ; would be nice if they try to make a second season, or if they reboot it!

Yeah, he is pretty famouse for movies with amazing art work. I'm not a huge fan because it's not my style, but Byousoku 5cm was pretty nice.

Do chapters come out weekly for pandora hearts?
The vast majority of "good" manga are monthly, as most magazines are monthly. Only Jump stuff are weekly, and they're, well, I don't want to hate on them but they are certainly not my cup of tea. Some are bimonthly and some trimonthly. There are a few that are biweekly as well but those are extremely rare and tend to have fairly niche stuff, if I recall (Saki being the most famous of them).
I don't think they can continue the anime, as they made their own ending, due to the manga being an ongoing series when they ran it (obviously). The only way you'll get an anime of the "stuff afterwards" if it there's a remake, which I don't see happening anytime soon.

Not even Gintama?

Bimonthly. T__T 6 chapters of やさしいセカイのつくりかた a year. T__T

I used to follow Yurihime when it was trimonthly... now it's bimonthly so it's a whole 50% better!

Shounen Sunday (Hayate, Magi, Kyoukai no Rinne, Conan) / Shounen Magazine (FT, GE, Hajime no Ippo, Kindaichi) are weekly also.
Basically all the "big" titles are weekly since it's nearly impossible for monthly to get to issue 120+ (10 yr). Monthly manga just so much pain to follow...

Despite being more or less a rabid fan of the manga, I can't deny that. There are like 124576 different connections/plot twists going on everywhere. I'm enjoying it though.
The problem with the anime was that they took too few anime original episodes to possibly do a decent ending. Of course I would've preferred if it had simply followed the manga all the way until today (and until whenever it's finished), but taking a story where there are 124576 different things going on and abrubtly ending it with 3 fucking anime original episodes is not a good idea.
They would've needed at least 10 episodes to get a half decent anime original ending.
edit: and yeah, it being a monthly manga is quite painful. Last month we got ~22 pages, then bam, another month worth of wait.

Jump has OP, which is totally OP in Japan (I think top 10 manga sell from last year, OP is like higher than 2-9 combined or something).
Gintama I gave up following. I just catches up whenever I can remember. I think the quality is going down steadily the last couple years though...

Okay, since there's so little it'll probably never be turned into anime, so I'll read it. What other work by that author was it that was good?

Pandora Hearts manga is a clusterfuck. Read Iris Zero, follow piromizu on Pixiv, see him post r18 shit randomly for the last 2~3 months. Not even Gintama? Jump has OP, which is totally OP in Japan (I think top 10 manga sell from last year, OP is like higher than 2-9 combined or something).Gintama I gave up following. I just catches up whenever I can remember. I think the quality is going down steadily the last couple years though... You dont say.. Is coffee made from beans to ? Dont know if I can tolerate watching Oda Nobuna anymore, it was mostly that and Jinsui together, cuz why not.. bit difficult now. Tap into your inner ferrose. It's like me.... read Black Lagoon manga, then decided to check out what other work author have done. ... He is good... Worth checking out the manga for Black Lagoon? Enough content to be worth it (as said before I've watched all the Black Lagoon anime stuff, love it)? TBH there is not much after Roberta's Blood Trial. It's on hold for over a year now. It's still worth check out, just not much new stuff. Okay, since there's so little it'll probably never be turned into anime, so I'll read it. What other work by that author was it that was good?
