Trinity Blood is a TERRIBLE one to go into light novel... for totally unfortunate reason.

I wasn't trying to define a "point" or anything, just a few impressions about the episode, and, well, that my hunch about Curly was 100% correct. Or did you mean that being amused isn't the point?

So Hunter x Hunter 47, what an episode. Has to be one of my fav parts, up there with gon vs pitoh. Wish i could combine the 99 version with the new version and you would get a perfect anime episode for me. I am glad they did this episode justice though. Also that animation, brings a tear to my eye with how pretty it is.

Well yeah, the obvious clues were there, it's just that I saw someone somewhere write "omg she's so cute!" and I'm like: "No, she's scary. Not cute... not cute at all...".
Man, this episode.... So many soldier class, brings back bad memories.......... Was kinda hard to watch! lol
In other news, we also got Fort Class at the end of this episode. If there are Fort Class, then maybe they will actually bring some lasers with them. Also, this episode showed why the Strike Eagle is considered "better" than the Active Eagle (the Active having less carry capacity for weapons, and a much shorter operational time)

I like it, but then again I have read MLA. Don't really know if it's worth watching if you haven't read MLA, probably not.

As far as TE goes, the first 2 episodes were good, and then things were meh for like 4 episodes or something, and then they went to Russia and things got better again. Visually, it is still full of QUALITY and budget issues, so that hasn't changed.

Then he should watch it... it's like you said, there was a while where it was "meh" but since we arrived to Russia, everything has been good. And yeah, low budget is noticeable but I don't think it's *that* bad. TSF:s look fine, people look fine... BETA look like... BETA.
