The drawing style is really odd in the first ~1/4, though, before the guy cleans up a bit, but if you can push past that, the story really starts to pick up later on, especially once you get past where the anime got to. | ||

 It is unfortunate that we are entirely not getting Mikado's self-narration when Celty started chasing the two, we were given a pretty good view at his goals and perspective. Somehow I still can't bring myself to read bungaku shoujo vol 5 and on, too bloody scared of what's coming...I did get a chance to start listening to the radio, expect me to read the vol 1 manga one of these days, haha. That or more easy reads like Accel World will have to do for a while. | ||

I am just wondering when they'll bring the old friendship rivalry back into play, that one has been on hiatus for a long time. Two years, 2~3 hours every day, less. Even if you are just fooling around you'll have zero problems reading even the hardest of the light novels, and most literature won't pose a trouble. Roll Chinese and native Chinese skills to drop that by 1.5 years  It isn't a hard language, slightly more annoying than English, but just a year of learning should be enough. | ||
