Seems sort of stupid to me, but that's why I ask. It doesn't hurt. The vast majority of shows on a seasonal chart have godawful descriptions that aren't indicative of the show's quality anyways, so giving any show a 2-3 episode tryout is well within reason. Edit: Teru Time, bitches. Why you gotta get my hopes up like that? Still have to wait until next week for true Teru Time. Also, announcer change makes me sad. WAKANE WAKANE. Sadly, that pair casts different rounds.

Chintanda isn't really tall Well not as tall as guys, but not extremely small either. There are usually other female characters that are about half a head (or more) shorter than the stereotypical moe character.
The violet color works because it is light, brown doesn't work so well because it's harder to make them "sparkling".

The sparkling idea is a fair point, I also have a penchant for your archetypal girl with long, straight, and black hair along with shiny sky blue eyes

Those parameters are hardly typical moe. Moe can be alot of things, even ZnF is moe, dont see no fringe there. There is only one standard which is rather obvious.
Cant say I agree with that generalization. You can pretty much google the word and find a billion images that dont conform to
"tall, long straight black hair, fringe in front, big sparkling eyes"
You want extremely small moe ? Just this season ..

Theres tons of every kind blobs prob being the most prolific. Its a pretty blanket term. So typical is just cute, if were just going by a "ton" then blobs are the typical moe.

Of course, this applies to other series with several hundreds of episodes as well... am I wrong? One Peice!!!!! Best manga out there. Fuck you ADT. Mutha fucking One Piece!!!! Oda god. This is true. One Piece is the best manga out there, fuck you ADT.
"Big 3"? More like Big 1, IMO. Its insulting to One Piece to group Bleach and Naruto with it.

So, on a side note does anyone know where I can watch the very first gundam anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam on the internet? Many Gundam fans have told me to start off SEED or ACE but I just can't get my head around starting the on the like, 10th series. Almost missed this one. I like older anime as well.
IDK about AGE being an intro to Gundam, despite its intention, but IMO SEED is a good starting point. I wrote a big blog on Gundam not too long ago (on where to start, what each Gundam is, etc etc), if you want to take a look. But starting with the original is fine as well, especially if you do like older anime. The original Gundam is old as hell, and you can really tell by looking at it lol. Starting with the original lets you get to Zeta Gundam faster too, so thats a big plus.
Also, keep in mind that people tell you to start with SEED and AGE (and probably others) because they are Alternate Universe shows (AU), and are completely unrelated to other Gundams, so you don't need to have watched any of the previous ones to get those two shows.
As for finding where to watch it online, I have no idea. I always torrent my stuff.

I started with Gundam 00, and I thought it was really good. Also it's good if you're like me, and a sucker for high production value, since it's not as OLD as many of the other shows
Unicorn 5

By the end I was like get in the fucking suit Some decent action, but not as high-energy as usual, can't say I'm a fan of the sombre battle scenes... After seeing a few scenes from Unicorn I honestly gave the first gundam a try but i was mind numbly bored. I couldn't even finish the first movie. I think ill start with seed -.-. Its disappointing because i really want to get into zeta but I cant bear the thought of watching 2 more movies. This anime feels to old even for me. I started with Gundam 00, and I thought it was really good. Also it's good if you're like me, and a sucker for high production value, since it's not as OLD as many of the other shows Unicorn 5 + Show Spoiler +Really confusing episode if you ask me... Maybe it's because it's been so long since episode 4? Federation, foundation whatever... By the end I was like get in the fucking suit Some decent action, but not as high-energy as usual, can't say I'm a fan of the sombre battle scenes... Hopefully they get back to some high-octane shouting and fancy flying next year *sigh* What was confusing about Episode 5...? If you have any specific questions, I can try to answer. I am talking the really old stuff such as the start of Lupin the 3rd, Black Jack, Ashita no Joe, Golgo 13, Cobra, Hokuto No Ken (Fist of the North Star) - I get a wierd sense of nostalgia from watching old anime, I find it much more enjoyable then any anime made after around the 1995...
Maybe it just isn't your thing if you can't even get through the first movie, who knows.
+ Show Spoiler +I was just having a hard time following it, though I think it got alittle better as the episode went along. I couldn't remember where the characters were, who had captured Banagher, how Ple Twelve got made and when... Last thing I remembered she was in the hospital, and Links was convinced to keep fighting, all of a sudden they're fighting eachother. It's probably my own fault for not rewatching episode 4 in advance. In general I have no idea what Full Frontal is up to, other than being aware that the blond guy is supposed to represent some classic Gundam villian?, but I assume that's on purpose and to be revealed later.
It's just hard when half the plotlines revolve around a mystery people don't know what contains, and episodes are a year apart I think.
