Absolutely love Gasai Yuno, one of the more interesting heroines, but I hate the wimpy male lead, same seiyuu as the main guy from deadmans wonderland, I guess it suits the character
I got your back jack, bitches be crazy All hype died with Mirai Nikki in this thread, since everyone read the manga. Kinda discouraged me to watch it weekly. So instead I watch it in bundles of 3-4.
yea hes right, reallyyy late to the party dude, sorry ;<. If its any consolation most people feel the same way about both Yuno and Yukiteru

To fit with the name of the Gundam series, "AGE", they're going to be telling the story over 3 generations. First it was Flit's arc, now it's going to be his son, Asem, and finally the last arc will be Asem's son, aka Flit's grandchild. I don't remember what his name was =\.
I wonder if the cycle of hatred will continue even throughout the second generation. As in, the lead in to the final arc involve more cycle of hatred.

She is probably one of the best cooks among the T-M characters that we know. Given that she has the money to eat out at the good places, chances are that she is better than anyone in Fate. Kohaku-san might be a match, but that's about it.
Well there is Hibiki (iirc?) too, but she can't satisfy Saber Alter, so chances are that Shiki > her too.

They use 超一流 to describe her cooking IIRC. No idea if Kohaku's even that good.

Is there a gundam series directly tied to Wing? Not in the "well they're all connected in a backwards long time thing" sort of way, but in a very direct same general time same universe (and same animation preferably, the other gundams ive seen look a lot less...crisp, and the actual mech pieces look a lot less developed (which i guess makes sense for the ones that were before before))

If you want something from the same universe, there is only Gundam Wing, and Gundam Wing Endless Waltz (sequel) that has been animated. It's only a 3-4 episode OVA series that has also been summed up in movie form. There are further novels/manga related to Gundam Wing called Frozen Teardrop iirc, and that talks about something like several years down the line.
If you want something from the same type of synopsis, I consider the beginning of Gundam 00 to be similar to that of Wing. IE, the world is at some conflict with each other, 5 mysterious mobile suits (Gundams) show up out of no where and start unleashing some ownage on just about every one that supports war/conflict.

Like for example, the very second that Yurin was setup as the "Newtype Girlfriend" character, she was fucked. And she was going to die. Then the UE, I called them being people from Jupiter, like the Jovians in Nadesico. Turns out that they are exactly that, except from Mars. Fake spoilers were able to fool Kaal though lololololololol. It would have been real dumb if those fake spoilers were real, though.
For generation 2, I expect a "Zeta" feel out of it. Sequel Gundams tend to like to try and emulate Zeta Gundam, in some way. Like look at SEED Destiny or 00s2. While neither of these were good, they both tried to emulate Zeta's feel. Hopefully AGE will be able to succeed where those two failed, though.

Only Endless Waltz is the only other in the After Colony timeline, not counting a bunch of manga. Mecha design gets changed alot in Endless Waltz. Visually the closest to Wing, the series, is Gundam X (very similar visually, from character design to some Mobile Suits almost being rip-offs), but honestly Wing is closer to the bottom of the barrel in terms of animation for Gundam shows. Wing and SEED are both known for abusing Stock Animation like crazy. Virtually every OVA/Movie has better animation, Gundam 00 and AGE both look alot better (although they are like 10 years newer). Turn A definitely looks better. Personally I'd say SEED looks better too, even if they both abuse stock animation, SEED's newer visuals are more appealing. If you snag the Zeta Gundam BDs, you will be surprised how good it looks, looks really really good IMO.
Overall Wing did have some really good mecha designs in the show, even with the flaws in animation. I wish they would do a HGAW line, I'd kill for an Aries gunpla.

Zeta BD's are surprisingly good animation quality. I wonder what happened with the ZZ BD's then, since there was a notable drop, regardless of first ep being a recap. A brief look at the 2nd ep does look better.

I would hope they would be of similar quality, but episode 1 of ZZ Gundam is just a dumb clip-show thing, doesn't actually start till episode 2.

Hm... Just finished classes and Chihayafuru isnt subbed.
I feel somewhat empty atm... =/

Yukari's death was totally unexpected, but it also provides me with some information as to the level of the drama of this series.
It was nice of them to actually show Misaki's left eye (unlike certain shows... *cough* Code Geass *cough*)
+ Show Spoiler +Well I knew people would start dying that was in one of the synopsis Id looked at. What was more interesting to me was how it was handled, hopefully not some final destinationish garbage where they spend the whole series looking for creative ways to kill people. The first 2 episodes were a bit slow but the tension was good enough for me. Honestly none of the stuff so far has been too revealing and it was kind of obvious where it was going on upto now. For me the show pretty much starts here.

+ Show Spoiler +I like the show because it keeps leaving questions unanswered which is exciting and makes me want to see the next episode. The way that chick died was pretty hardcore too. I can only be left to assume it's going to get much, much worse.

Anyone else interested in the Medaka Box anime coming out in the spring. My only hope for it is to get the Kumagawa/Minus arc, that's were the series took off for me. Though Medaka Box is a little weird overall.

They better get a really good voice actor for Kumagawa, failing that easily ruins the adaption imo.
