Aside from its Twin Buster Rifle, it only had IIRC 2 machine guns on its shoulder, and 2 beam sabers. All that firepower has a catch, since it requires to receive a Microwave beam from the Moon in order to charge the cannons for a shot. The DX is heavy armored, 2 large Beam Sabers, and a rifle. MAHQ called it a "buster rifle", but the rifle it used was essentially a beam rifle standard on most Gundams. The DX did not have the Flash System that the GX had. It might be interesting to throw the GX itself in there too, if you include the G-bits, but that kinda isn't fair lol | ||

It's a verbal tic. the verbal tic in and of itself is a pun, but it is a verbal tic. If you've ever found yourself involved with a translation project, you'll find a lot of decisions like this on; Do you go for an equivalent feel for the original in english, or do you go for the more accurate translation? Both are acceptable, although I stand with a lot of other people on the idea that the accurate translation is less grating on the nerves than the one going for the feel of it. Simply because you dont need the firepower to destroy a entire colony, you just need the firepower to destroy gundam. Thus the Wing Zero is virtually superior and more versatile than the Double X in all aspects. Simply put, the double X is a glass cannon and would crumble under the Wing Zero might. Colonies aside say you had a fleet to handle wouldnt the Double X be better ? A gundam mounted with 2x death star cannons seems pretty useful. And if its heavily armoured Id hardly call it a glass cannon no ? Head to head it seems from the description that the Wing Zero has it. | ||

If it situational, than I would say Double X. Having a sole purpose is better than being well rounded if it aint a direct confrontation. | ||
