Hey, he was pretty damn wishy-washy when he first got introduced. But it's ok, he gets some sense beaten into him. Also, he plays vidya games.

You can take satisfaction in knowing that Bones WILL kill them because they don't discriminate between gays and straights if you're a main character with any kind of love interest they WILL DIE. I can totally see No.6 go the DTB route with just about everyone dying aside from the main character and then have him floating off in some kind of state of self-loathing/acceptance. Maybe with that kind of ending will put an end to Southlight's fantasies.

Also I didn't know that Nanjo Yoshino was Kokoro-chan's seiyuu; no wonder I loved her singing so much lol.

No.6 deffo my fav. series this season. On September 09 2011 06:41 Monokeros wrote: Also want to know why you guys can enjoy No.6? Honestly, while the focus for No.6 (as well as it being the source of Blast x Ferrose picture jokes) from most people has been that it's BL, I find it one of the best true science fiction stories regardless of language in quite some time. It feels like a mix of Dune, 1984, and Ender's Shadow, although the argument can certainly be made that it simply traversed too slowly for the first 8 or so episodes. I find it a damn shame how difficult I find it to actually get the novels (not light novels, real, true-to-form novels) anywhere though. Would love to read, regardless of the author's notorious love of BL. Edit: It was a long time getting to this point (big spoiler). + Show Spoiler [no.6] + ![]() Edit2: On September 09 2011 08:45 Sentenal wrote: Uhhh, I don't understand the comparison. It gets a bit silly midway with the Detective Girls thing but still excellent. Great animation, interesting story that keep going forward in every episode and still relatively mature despite being an action-adventure. It wasnttt thaattt great, I kinda liked it just about as much as Phantom. Theyre about different things but I got sorta the same vibe. I dont regret seeing it but its not particularly memorable either. On September 09 2011 06:41 Monokeros wrote: Also want to know why you guys can enjoy No.6? Definitely my favorite novel/series and if the sci-fi is anything near that level, I would seriously consider picking this up despite the slow pace and fun BL.

Ok, that's it. You guys must be trolls or something. No. 6 I could understand as being a decent anime, but the best? For real? And Manyuu HIkenchu? lolwut? As stated before about Manyuu Hikenchu: Anime News Network wrote: In this current era, breasts mean everything. If you have breasts, you are guaranteed wealth and popularity. If you lack them, you are rarely considered “human”. Members of the Manyuu Clan help raise the future big breasts. Written on a secret scroll possessed by the clan, there is said to be various techniques on how to grow big and beautiful breasts. Some random blog wrote: Anyways, I guess the main focus of this first impressions post will be on its fanservice. After all, Manyuu is ALL about the fanservice. It’s like a Seikon no Qwaser with ninjas and all that ancient stuff. Even boobs are an important part of the plot line! I mean, what type of show would go so far as to use boobs as a plot device?! The producers must be nuts if they think this is going to sell. Wait, what? Sex sells? Oh. Okay, back on track. So, the first few scenes of fanservice began exactly the same way that Qwaser did. Some random abduction of some bishoujo and followed by some intense fondling. Like, the fanservice started out in a normal way, with the tits being all of a “normal” kyonyu size (wait…is there even anything “normal” about kyonyu?), but as the story progressed, it wasn’t all that fantastic. In fact, I thought it was somewhat grotesque. Seriously, do you expect me to believe that when some certain girl slices across the chest of another girl, that girl will absorb the victim’s breast mass and add it to her own? Jesus. The things that Japanese folks come up with these days…Regardless, the fanservice certainly wasn’t as “crazy” as Qwaser, but I would say they are almost on par in terms of the ratio of fanservice to actual content. ...what a troll...
