Its good to be a fan of a genre that is full of main characters who are the opposite of wimps. 
I was thinking, seems like there as been a decent influx of Gundam fans into this thread recently. That gives me an excuse to share my favorite MAD of all time (you need to have watched Turn A Gundam to appreciate it):

I'm currently halfway through Kaze no Stigma, and at this point, I have to say that Kazuma is the only reason to watch this show. All the other characters are meh, and the plot is disappointingly generic. I don't even think I'd give this show out as a recommendation tbh.

Did not expect him to pull out his own loaded dice and forgot about the rolling twice as dealer rule since I was caught up in the mood. But overall, this is way too slow. I can't remember if the first season was this slow since I marathoned it.

anyone know chinese/japanese that can help me identify this? I'm miserably stuck in daiteikoku T_T
The two words I'm trying to figure out is under the second BATTLE EFFECTS, before the "all attack +100%" For some reason its doing half damage to the first target, and full damage to the rest of the targets. What I'm observing is that it only does this +100% on the first turn, when there are two or more targets. Since all but one of my fleets die before round 2, I have no way of testing whether or not its a first turn attack or an attack triggered when there are two or more targets.
I'm not sure how to counter this or if the battle is just impossible. I know I can win if I combine -50% weather with -50% raingirl, but not if everyone dies on the first turn

Ep was awesome. And yes, the first season was that slow as well. In general, all of his stories are super slow paced. All of them (eg. Washizu arc in Akagi -_-).

The first battle effect is Anti-Cold, which means there's an Anti-Cold ship in the area for your team (cuz it's Blue, if it's the enemy team's color then they've got one so you wanna cut it down). Cold reduces attack damage of affected ships by 50%. Presumably, you've got an AC ship, but it's being shot down in the first salvo.

Naw blue is for both me and the enemies. This may have something to do with me not using the latest patch, I'm not sure.
The weather is -50% and i have the -50% raingirl, while the enemy has an anti-cold commander which I can shoot down before "the monster" attacks. But that doesn't matter.
I'll describe my situation in more detail if it helps:

Yes, the first -50 is the weather, which is cold, which means that originally you have an anti-cold ship, but it's being shotdown, or isn't in the sector where the fight is taking place.

Perguvious, if you're using 79式誘目駆逐艦 かぶき or 99式誘目駆逐艦 ばさら they have a special attribute: 攻撃対象にされやすくなる。敵攻撃力2倍。
You will take +100% damage in fleets with those ships. The ability also makes it more likely for the fleet to be targeted.
