Ya we really don't see brutal stuffs like that happen often. I'd bet he will be able to attach it back, otherwise leveled up into a one arm swordman is not too bad too lol

You're wrong. Limb reattachment is definitely possible in modern medicine if you can reattach the limb soon enough after its cut off. So it isn't magic, and Law can probably do it, especially considering its such a clean cut.

i think hed have to cut off the cut parts first though or it wouldnt work since only surfaces that he cuts stick to things if he doesnt attach it fast enough
maybe hell take DDs arm though after its all done

Law's a regular surgeon as well as the wielder of the ope-ope fruit. He could probably use his power to place his arm and the part he want to attach it to in front of him, and replant it normally. Either way given time he can probably do it.
Its definitely a huge problem when it comes to fighting though. Things don't look good for Law.

How can Law do it if he doesnt have arm/s? He can do it for others but i think that was exactly why doffy removed his arm, he cant heal himself.

Keep in mind that Chopper can also probably do surgery on Law, with Law being awake and using the Devil power to help Chopper reattach the arm (or is it arms?)

I'm of course hoping Law gets his arm back but it's possible that he doesn't. After Shanks, Kidd and Aokiji looks like we have another person in One Piece with a lost limb.

And how does the limb being sawed off imply that its not a clean cut? Either way the arm hasn't been crushed so reattachment is at least possible. Also doesn't change the fact that your previous argument about cut off limb being dead is bullshit.

Law could just get himself another arm like Kidd did. Take a strong beast like a gorilla and take its arm.
As a narrative tool, I think Oda just did this to take Law out of the fight. It's Luffy's time now. There's a reason Law was the one to lose a limb, because he can replace it or get it back. It's just to set up Luffy as the guy who defeats Doflamingo while giving a valid excuse for Law not being the one who kills him.

No it isnt. Law has never re-attatched an already lost limb before.
and even by modern medicine standard, law has a very limited time left if he wants to keep his arm. thats assuming doffy doesnt kill him.

Oda is such a genius, to be draw and articulate such a multifaceted fleshed out character from a -storywise- third-grade extra. The montage and the speech has such emotional power while never being too whiny, and displays an understanding and mastery of characterisation on a level where making an illogical choice is really the most reasonable for Bellamy.
