I really don't know why people are so confused by blatantly set up ranks between fighters... especially with smoker. Doflamingo is the strongest Shichibukai that we have seen and at this point in the story we are seeing villains compared with the likes of the yonkou, fighters so strong that the world government openly frees them greatly. If smoker is only a recently appointed vice-admiral why would it be surprising that the effective king of the underworld who possesses the conquerors haki would be able to demolish a weakened vice admiral (aka smoker).
Also, a bunch of these titles such as "worlds strongest" arent absolute. Maybe such a title would only refer to physical of destructive strength? That would fit well with the man who controlled earthquakes. Perhaps another one of the characters will be revealed to be the "most deadly/dangerous in the world". Every thing is subjective until the characters are revealed themselves.

also its not like theres a weekly tournament to determine strength, Whitebeard ahs probably been the "strongest man alive" since Roger died by default and everyone jsut assumed "well he fought roger on par theres no way anyones stronger"

I really want to have a solid solid look at DF's ability. So far he seems to use strings. Would love to know more just exactly what they are, and a look at what other tricks they are capable of.

So, regardless of the upcoming fight that might come between DoFla, and Aokijii... we currently know the alliance formed between Law and Luffy, but who thinks that there might be other supernovas involved in the alliance?, in chapter 690, after cutting Vergo in half, he mentions "The big fish of the new era have assembled (the supernovas?), we also saw Apoo, Kid and Hawkins meet to plan an "alliance".
Having law, kid and luffy worked before in Shabondi, it makes you wonder if what we're going to see is going to be Supernovas vs Yonkous.
Other supernovas locations are unknown (we know Bonney was captured), but x-Drake seemed strong enough to still be alive, and his ambition to kill Kaidou aligns with what the strawhats and law want to do.

face it, you can't come up with anything in one piece universe that can fight survive planetary bombardment from outer space.
Take a look at something called a "Faraday cage" (or check out youtube in spoiler + Show Spoiler +). If you know how to handle lightning, it is very easy to counter. Vegapunk helping anyone with Haki + flight would easily defeat Enel. Even the guys from Weatheria would be able to defeat Enel with the assistance of someone with Haki. If Nami learned enough then she + Franky (to build a contraption) + Zoro/Luffy/Sanji (for Haki) would take out Enel even if he wasn't being careless.
Even without relying on contraptions, try Kizaru. Lightning does not travel as fast as light, so Kizaru is faster. Kizaru can fly by transforming into light, and he has Haki which would be useful in striking Enel. Kizaru would mop the floor with Enel.
Can we finally put this Enel garbage to rest?

Do you remember which chapter showed the 3 of them meeting? Is it around the time Caesar showed the slime monster to the underworld people?

doflamingo stronger then mihawk? Who knows its definently not clear. Its far from blatantly obvious at least that doflamingo is strongest warlord. I think mihawk is stronger.

Can someone explain what their mission is exactly? I thought that they said they had destroyed the fruit making facility on Punk Hazard and captured the scientist so Doflamingo could't have anymore. But now they have to go take out another factory to really stop the fruit production?

Even if the convo starts with Kidd mentioning he didn't knew Law was planing something, he's to reckless, and it could be a possibility that Killer was handling some of the negotiations with Law, it just seems like half the supernovas have their goals aligned too much for them to not work on it together.

They destroyed the sad manufacturing. Sad is a component needed to create the synthetic dfs.

They destroyed the SAD production room, but that was not the factory where the fruit was produced, only the main ingredient (SAD) was done there. Also, just because they destroyed the possibility for DoFla to create any more SMILE, it doesn't mean that he doesn't already have some fruits or materials to build more stored, so they're probably going after all the storage DoFla has in his factory, and completely remove SMILE's from the game.

Can't be too sure, he had the conquerers haki and besides Mihawk he seems to be the strongest shichibukai bar non.
