Having said that, Queen recognized Conqueror's Haki. He knows what that means and he was not scared. It could be that he is so confident in his strength that even someone with Conqueror's haki doesn't scare him. However, I think something needs to be said about Kaido's crew. Look at how he tries to get Shutenmaru to join his crew. Look at how he got Apoo and Hawkins to join his crew. Look at what he's trying to do with Luffy, Kidd, or Hyogoro. He overwhelms them with power and forces them to join. So how did he get all of his current subordinates? Some may have looked to join him, like Drake, presumably for the protection/power he provides. But wouldn't a lot of them come from being defeated? Couldn't even King, Queen, and Jack be former enemies that he cowed into submission? Kaido's crew has no loyalty, except to his power. Could someone like Queen actually be excited because someone with Conqueror's Haki has a chance to pose a threat to Kaido? He'll test Luffy, but he might actually be happy if he finds that Luffy is stronger than he is and could challenge Kaido. | ||

You think showing Conqueror's Haki will make Queen think of Luffy as someone who can do anything vs Kaido in the immediate future?
