Fuji going to retreat after the birdcage is down, no way they try and fight The Straw Hats and Sabo+ Revolutionary army at once. 1 Chapter for Trebol shit. 1 Chapter for Luffy introducing his crew to Sabo and a bit of explanation with what Robin did with the revolutionaires in the two years. Giving some extra time for a few of them I'm going to put my guess at 6-7 chapters until we see Sanji again. CP0 and Burgess are both long gone probably won't find out about them for a while. | ||

It will take three chapters minimum for Luffy to take out Doffy, and only after getting knocked out and getting back up with the power of friendship. But I also don't see Doflamingo getting beaten in one chapter, or that he should be. It would be too anti-climactic. | ||

It would be too anti-climactic. My sentiments precisely. One piece has not become like Naruto in any way that I can see. That said, the fight between luffy and doffy has really only just started. If this fight were to end in one chapter it would be quite the break from the norm. | ||

But I also just thought of it but I think (speculation) that Oda deliberately made sure the both Doffy and Luffy took "considerable" damage before they actually faced off. That way you aren't given a clear cut 1v1 at peak/prime levels when they clash as to who would clearly win. Doffy is shown already to be really strong but he is scared of Kaidou (or maybe the totality of Kaidou's army). So you are somewhat left with the question how stronger Kaidou really is compared to Doffy. So even if Luffy wins (most likely) against Doffy at the end of this arc, it is not definitive proof that Luffy can take on Kaidou head on. So that still leaves some suspense in the story which is nicely thought out when I think about it. Just my thoughts. | ||

It would be too anti-climactic. The reason I think Doffy is done next chapter is a mix of things, one this arc as great as it has been, has dragged on forever. Luffy and Doffy have suffered intense amounts of damage, Both have clashed a couple times leading up, we've already had hype moments in the fight like Luffy being pissed after the Bellamy fight and than again with stopping the kick to save law to build the epicness. Plus the gear four hype is real. with all of that considered, I don't see this fight going on for much longer, this next chapter is going to be Luffy going gear four and straight up kicking Doffy's ass with it. Maybe the first half of this next chapter to explain a bit about gear four and show it off but 100% at most Doffy will only last until the chapter after next. So at most I give the fight a chapter and a half, two chapters including gear four showing off etc. | ||

Doflamingo is one crafty bastard. Off topic: After Ace's death as a catalyst for Luffy's further development and plot advancement, I fear Sabo will be inevitably sacrificed for similar purposes. After all, a (pirate) king doesn't need surviving older brothers. | ||
