I don't know about the Ichigo vs Ulqiourra fight in particular, but IIRC, the fight scenes in the anime weren't too bad for the most part. I personally dropped the anime during the arrancar arc when the animators decided to recycle the clip of Yammy beating up Ichigo approximately five fucking times in the same episode. | ||

The most blatant being just who is ichigo's father... Why is he so strong? and where did he come from... the second being how did ichigo and his sisters gain power to begin with. third how did aizen know about ichigos family to begin with? like supposedly he planned all of this, but he couldnt just pick some random guy to start his whole charade with. It had to have been through his father, but we really dont know anything about his past, or how old he really is. Is his father like ichigo, to where he is just a human that is still technically alive. or secretly really old. other mysterious things, Inoue, and chads powers were never really ever explained. Ishida was the only one that had any background given to his. | ||
