If you are a kid in soul Society, you tend to age/mature, like what happened to Rukia wherein she was previously a kid most definitely. (correct me if I am wrong though). Now, once you are in your "prime" or mature state, does your ageing slow down in Soul Society? What dictates it? Because the ages don't make sense to me (based on the facial characteristics of the characters of course since we don't have definite numbers). If how slow you "grow old" in Soul Society is defined by how great your reiatsu is by being inversely related (meaning the greater your reiatsu the slower you age), then why does CC look so damn old? Because CC was shown to have being "younger" back when they were just 13 thugs right? So he clearly aged yet Unohana on the other hand doesn't seem to have aged yet she existed alongside CC. And the age issue just doesn't stop with Unohana, they are also alongside the Division 0 guys who seem to either be existing during CC's prime or earlier (by my guess for some). It's just bothering me for some reason so I just threw it out there. =) But lets keep the discussion light with no need for a clear winner ok guys? Cheers!

They stop aging at the point where Kishi decides they look their best

![]() The one to the right of CC looks like Byakuya. So he was originally a murderous thug, not the smarmy arrogant prick that he is now.

Cheers! a soul is neither old nor young, it is exactly as old as the plot demands The one to the right of CC looks like Byakuya. So he was originally a murderous thug, not the smarmy arrogant prick that he is now. he was a small brat when Urahara first became captain so he wasnt part of the original 13, might be one of his ancesters though

Why do people who attend anger management still unable to contain their rage even though the judge said if they don't they'll lose their kids? But yeah, I generally just skim the pages as fast as possible as each chapter comes out in order to minimise my rage.
