wow. That was actually one of the best movies I've ever seen. Up there with WALL-E for me :D

+ Show Spoiler +The ending was sad, but Haku and Sen promise to see each other again, and some of the inhabitants of the bathhouse tell them to come back and visit again (at least in the subbed version I watched), so that leaves me with good hopes. I'm one hell of an HxC tuff guy (lol jk), and I shed a few tears at the end. :D
But seriously, see this movie. Soooooo awesome/funny/sad/emotional/i don't even know.

Last movie a saw was Fast Five and if anybody still hasn't seen it they should because it was a great movie from beginning to end. Hoping Thor is good because I will be seeing it this weekend =)

Just saw Thor. If you liked Iron Man you will like this. Don't expect a great story, just some cool scenes in general.
Hoping to see Fast Five tomorrow (well... technically it is already thursday) actually.

The transgressive shocker
The most recent movie I have watched was the controversial A Serbian Film. A movie that contains some of the most disturbing footage ever caught on celluloid, or at least that I have ever seen.
The cast was great, the footage beautiful (in the sense of the technical and not what's going on in the footage, there's close to no beauty in that sense) and the soundtrack was fitting to say the least. The movie would be so much easier to stomach if it actually was badly done, but that's not the case.
I do not regret watching it, but it sure affected me in a variety of different ways, for the good or the worse? I don't know. I let you get your own opinion if you choose to watch it.
If you have been looking for a extreme, disturbing, shocking roller-coaster of emotions, this might be the movie you want to watch.
Some other similar movies could be: Inside, Martyrs and Irreversible.
I will not give a in-depth review in this post, but if someone wish to further discuss any specific part of the movie I could do so in pm. Here is the IMDb-link if anyone is further interested in what movie I am talking about or wants to read more reviews.
And lastly a disclaimer: PLEASE do not watch this movie if you know you are not tolerant to extremely strong, disturbing and shocking footage. I do not want to be held responsible for ruining someone's mental health (actually serious).

This was very good, the director resembles Haneke but with more humor.

Dogtooth was indeed very good, highly recommended. Got a bit confused though, I thought the directors name was Giorgos Lanthimos (why the different spelling?). The original title is also Kynodontas so I didn't get what movie it was at first hehe.
