Don't waste your time or money on this film.

Watched all three recently. Let's start with the oldest and proceed from there:
1. Dolf Lundgren looks badass as The Punisher, the guy is freaking huge! Besides that, this movie hasn't aged well. Explosions, ninjas and terribad action shots do not cut it any more. Also, no blood.
2. Meh, pretty standard Hollywood action flick. Nothing special or inspiring in this one. And, again, no blood.
3. Blood and gore, guns galore! If you're going to watch only one of The Punisher movies, watch this one. It has the best background of them all (closest to the comic), as well as the best action (bar the "blowing up parkour guy with grenade launcher scene"). I like how simple they've made it, without any of the modern kung fu slow motion bullshit. It's sharp, brutal and just how it should be. Excellently portraying our protagonist as the efficient and ruthless killer.

Two brothers go on a trip into the Russian wilderness with their father who wasn't there when they were growing up. The father is an asshole but the kids of course still try to like and impress him.
The movie has good directing and nice acting. The two brothers did some of the best child actor performances I have seen and the movie made me really hate the father, so I guess good acting from him too. The ending left a lot of open questions so if you don't like that avoid it.

A young doctor comes to a remote village in Russia to work there in 1917. After having an allergic reaction towards some medicine he uses morphine and slowly becomes addicted to it. At the same time rumors about the bolshevik revolution reach the village.
Admittedly not too much happens in this movie I loved the atmosphere of it and also enjoyed the style of it. It was done in chapters like for example Kill Bill and it was based on semi-autobiographical short stories by Mikhail Bulgakov. I also loved the ending.
As a bonus there is a nice blowjob scene

Takes place in a Sami village in Norway. The film is mainly about the clash of cultures between Sami people and the church but also about alcohol addiction. Solid movie with nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. It has awesome reindeer in it though.

1985, a bunch of friends who work on Svalbard and who like to make a quick buck on the site notice Russian military presence in the demilitarized zone around Svalbard while they are doing some fishy business. They end up in something that is way over their head.
I downloaded this movie because it is the only one that plays on Svalbard and it really had some nice nature shots in it in addition to believable characters. The mood of the movies swings around nicely. The ending came kinda sudden to me, I thought I was about 1 hour through the movie when it already ended so I guess I was entertained 
Considered by many the best Norwegian movie ever.

you do realize you lose all your credibility by saying something like that, right?
there are plenty of reasons why you could say the movie is bad.but saying its the worst movie ever made is just stupid.

IMO this movie had a lot of good and bad in it, I felt the actions scenes were pretty sweet and that is enough to not call a movie the worst thing ever. I REALLY loved the soundtrack to it, i have never actually said that about any movie except 2 others in the past 5 years, so that to me gives it good points. The concept of this movie was actually very good it's just the execution that was kind of weird so there's more points, the opening to the movie was also excellently done so there is some more points. Emily browning's character Baby doll was i felt was very well done, you could see the suffering of the death of her sister and the passion to get out through the entire movie so I felt this was also some more points towards the good. on a side note the chicks in this movie are incredibly hot but you cant judge a movie on that haha, it just needs to be said. Oh and the ending about how gets escapes and shit was actually a really good ending so there's some more points.
HOWEVER, the acting was ok in general (good in some places, average in others) but the acting by Sweat Pea was just so over the top it was kind of cringe worthy and also the story line was kind of weak, i mean got the metaphors but it was kind of silly, there is surely a better way to do the whole reality swap thing rather than just say, ok, the strip place/brothel is a metaphor for the hell they live in and how the choose to see it so they can get by and i get the whole dance thing is a metaphor for seducing the people to get what you need and the action scene is the distraction etc, but it all became way to much, there is simpler ways to do it, because of those factors i had to take massive points away.
with all that the movie isn't TERRIBLE but its not AMAZING, its just good/ok to watch and worth a view but i wouldn't re-watch say like the next day. IMO it's worth paying a movie ticket for if you're not such a massive over the top critic about movies.

I Am Number Four
Reading the reviews of this book and movie I have armed myself in low expectations. Even then I wasn't able to watch this movie without fast-forwarding most of it.
First 2/3rds of it are your typical teen angst highschool love drama, last 1/3rd is one huge fight scene (which I did fast forward too, it was this good).
Seriously, it's the Twilight equivalent within S-F genre.
Avoid at all costs.

"I Saw the Devil" was one of the most violent and possibly twisted films I have ever seen. That said, it has two of my favorite Korean actors at their best, and the directing is genius. Very powerful.

"Bodyguards and Assassins." I try to watch most martial arts films, especially if Donnie Yen and Tony Leung are in them. This was one of the better martial arts films I have seen in a long time, with a wonderful soundtrack and a great plot as well as fantastic action. Very well presented. English subs are a bit off unfortunately.

I was expecting a lot from "Shaolin," with Andy Lau, Nicholas Tse and Jackie Chan. It was pretty good. Definitely worth watching, just didn't quite live up to my high expectations.
