Great movie: 8.2/10 Music in the beginning was weird, didn't feel appropiate for what was on screen and thus a little distracting but fortunately that improved. Recommended. This was a great great movie. Maybe 'cos I've seen too many shitty movies recently, but I give this a 11/10. Movie kept me immersed throughout. <3 the last line. Simple and gd. i go with 11/10 too. Best movie ive ever seen. Just brilliant in every possible way and i thought the soundtrack was absolutely perfect. So much mindfuck. ![]() Better than expected, no real plot or anything. Very cool action scenes and pretty entertaining. 7.5/10 ![]() What a horrible piece of sh**. So full of non logical and stupid stuff. Didnt like the acting, directing or the soundtrack. 1/10 ![]() Waste of time, few good scenes and anthony hopkins is a f stud. 3/10

3/10 like the guy above me. This had so much potential but like the majority of hollywood movies, failed to follow through. Sherlock Holmes 3/10 Downey jr. was charming, but sherlock holmes he is not. Dragged on and on. Rachel McAdams was really bad as well, just seemed too young for the Downey holmes. I think they really miscasted this movie. Didn't like ANYONE. The Blind Side 6-7/10 Surprisngly I enjoyed it. Kinda cheesy, but I wasn't overly bored. If Bullock got the oscar for this role though, then the competition must have been extremely weak this year. Invictus 7/10 Another good flick. Matt Damon almost never fails. Eastern Promises 8/10 Saw this a long time ago but wanted to see again last night, so very very good. Inglorious Basterds 9/10 I normally don't like Tarantino films because I feel like he gets by on hype and gimmicks, but this movie really delivers. I loved the long dialogue, especially delivered in the German dialogue. The language really made things interesting. Would give it a 10 if it weren't for mr. bad actor Brad Pitt. This guy ruins every movie. I think he was given Aldo because they wanted a bad actor. Daybreakers 7/10 Another surprise, I was expecting a pretty boring dumb monster movie but it was pretty good.

it.. wasn't too bad. i mean, it was bad that it was good. does that make any sense? where you can laugh at how bad the acting or the dialogue it. lol i like zombie movies so i guess its like 7/10 for me

I am against saying a favorite movie because I could compile a top 50 in each "genre" that would change depending on my mood, but if you were to torture me for that special "one"... it would have to be Royston Tan's 4:30 that I saw with my girlfriend at the time on a psuedo date. The movie heavy that we both walked out of the theater in dead silence, and when I tried to make lighthearted conversation to break the silence there was a noticeably upset quiver in my voice. My girlfriend burst into tears after I completed my brief mentioning of the film. Fast forward to present and we're now married, and still reflect on the point that the movie brought us closer in a moment that we least expected it. That movie accelerated our relationship in a way I couldn't have expected, let alone articulate. have yet to get over this movie. ![]() Seek this movie out, and see it. May it haunt you like it does me, in the best possible way.

8/10: Fantastic movie .. kind of resembles The Wrestler. Smart, interesting, and some of the best acting I've seen in a long time. 2009 was a pretty terrible year for movies compared to 2008, but this movie alone almost made up for it. Also, the only country song I've ever heard that I actually liked was in it. Impressive. Ninja Assassin 3/10: It would be inaccurate to say that this movie had bad acting. This movie had no acting. This movie had people walking around talking. At times I was convinced that they were reading from a teleprompter. The fight scenes would have been better if they contained less poorly-animated blood splatter. Admittedly, the choreography was pretty decent, and at times I caught myself smiling during some of the scenes. Piece of crap movie, but hey, could have been worse.

It's at another level when they mass congregate like this. It's also hard to not take this as brainwashing/indoctrination. I mean the counselors are just throwing in their personal ideas and agendas of everyday things, e.g. Harry Potter and some of the parents didn't even give their kids a chance to question anything they said. ![]()

And for the most part of the movie, when they were showing Levi (notice how people in the US pronounce it...), all I could think of was "What a waste of a smart kid".

Fun fact, real syrup was used after the director realized that chugging iced tea didnt look real enough.
