I wanna watch some good movies, the one's I've been watching turn out to be fucking terrible. I really like horror movies, but I also like a good comedy. I'm kind of a pain in the ass when it comes to interpretation, if the actors suck, I usually hate the movie. My favorite actor is Jim Carrey, not just for the comedies, but for everything... I just thing he's a fucking god. I also like Will Smith, Nicolas Cage, Keanu Reeves (yeah I know), Jason Statham and a lot of others I can't remember right now. I'm really looking forward to Crank 2.. Crank was fucking funny. Well, in the end, I thing any kind of movie would be great, if its not Drama/Romance... I fucking hate those. --------------- For the ones who asked, City of God and Elite Squad are fucking awesome movies. --------------- THX FOH DA HALP GUISE, AND SRY FOR THE HORRIBLE ENGLISH! | ||

But yea, overall it was awesome except for the crappy unfinished CGI scenes. 8/10 is a good rating i'd agree with. Compared to the other shitty xmen movies this one was great. | ||

Recommend it if you have some time and want a good sci fi film. Love the camera work and the lack of dialogue is definitely a plus as it makes the scenes with dialogue that much more in depth. | ||

Tropic Thunder 5/10 This movie wasn't terrible and neither was it good. I expected something neigh-goddish considering the lineup this movie has: Stiller, Black and Cruise just to mention a few. But it lacked decent jokes, an overall theme and structure. Only plus was that all the actors could act and the many ripoffs of movie cliches which were executed to perfection Real Madrid v. Barcelona in La Liga 8/10 Onesided affair, but very entertaining with a lot of goals. Losing team needs to work on their defense, amazing overall play by the winning team. Fast and Furious 2/10 This movie was terrible. I fail to see how this could get 'mixed reviews' (wiki article) as hardly anything in this movie succeeded: no plot, no acting, no consistency, just cars 'n chicks. Ok, granted, the chicks and the cars were good, but that won't save a 100-minute shitfest. Avoid, there are much better car movies out there (Gone in 60 Seconds and 2 Fast 2 Furious just to mention a few). | ||

+ Show Spoiler + i thought gambit had such a small role that i think they just thought they had to put gambit in there. i mean i dont think there was a reason to blast wolverine out of the parlor hall or break up the fight between him and sabretooth. when gambit fought wolverine after that, i was like "wtf is he doing???" and then gambit tries to run away......reminds me of angel in X3. oh and i think he kinda lost his accent towards the end. | ||

If you don't have problems watching black and white movies and that fact that most of it is in French( some German and English) all with subtitles, I'd recommend this one. edit: This one's very different from classical war movies, like "All Quiet on the Western Front" | ||

Bought it with my last batch of bought dvd's and watched it today. Really gives you another perspective on life. I think it's a little short though, they could've added maybe 15 more minutes and I'm a sucker for a cheesy ending so they could've dragged it out some more. 9/10. | ||

The first movie is a great mashup of horror and pulp-fictionesque humour ("dont worry, we cover your front", "dont get so menstrual about this", "we cut off the monster's penis!). The characters are cool, the monsters are deadly, the subtitles accompanying each new character are funny. The reactions of the people remind me of the "living dead" series. The movie can get suprising even near the end. The second movie makes everything more bizzaree and absurd. The movie starts getting mega random. Starting with the midgets, through monster section, till the fantastic scene with the baby. Feast 3 is taking the absurdity even higher, it becomes a festival of random, but extra funny (and still SMARTLY correlated) scenes. The ending is the most suprising ending ever. | ||
