I love the use of Rains of Castamere. The melody appeared in earlier episodes this season, but we weren't quite aware of what it was. Awesome use of the ballad, and great planning by the production.

Yes it happened when Arya was hiding in the dragon skull in season 1, and though they were hard to recognize if you didn't look closely and remember who Illyrio was from the start of the season.
