It was common practice, back when knights and ladies were all the rage in Europe, that people of noble birth to be used as couriers of negotiation terms. And it was expected that you were to honor your family by delivering 'terms' and returning to your captors with the response. Sounds stupid now, but they did it for honor.

The only slight issue I have is with Coster-Waldau as Jamie - he seems a bit too much like a modern day action hero that got lost and stumbled into a high fantasy costume drama by accident :p Brad Pits portrayal of Akilles in Troy comes to mind :p I personally think that he is great! And he reminds me a lot of Sawyer from Lost, which is a good thing. But I know what you mean.

I hope some day Jon Snow will be interesting. There's potential, but him saving Sam and meeting some wildling isn't too much of a story. When they were at the hut with the man, who married his daughters I thought things were gonna speed up - but alas... And On May 17 2012 17:31 Incognoto wrote: Lol why is the first post in the thread full of spoiler gifs? :p It's expected that people come to this thread after watching the latest episode. If they don't they risk being spoiled

What's happening beyond the wall is something that intrigues me a lot. I'm interested to see more white walkers. The discussion between ygritte and jon is the discussion opposing freedom and service to others. Kind of like anarchy. That's why the discussion of not being able to have a wife in the NW is also relevant. imo

People come over here to discuss what happened after every episode. If it would be like that every single post in here would be in spoilers.

TV Shows nowadays can get budgets comparable to those you'd only see for movies back then, and her role as Arya is definitely not easy for a child. She's probably the one character having to deal with the most complicated situation in this show (from an actor's perspective).

one of my favorite characters from the series. As far as POVs go in the show/at this point in time of Clash of Kings, imo: Arya > Tyrion >= Catelyn > Theon >Sansa> Jon Snow > Daenerys > .....Bran modedit User was warned for this post

One of the top comments made me laugh: "A girl has moves like Jagger, a man is impressed." Also it has been probably mentioned in this thread but be careful of watching stuff in Youtube. People commenting the videos can throw spoilers and they will not care.
