The rest are pretty fucking boring so far, except for Tyron Lannister ofc. So far i've been disappointed by the first 2 episodes because we only got maybe 8 mins total of Daenarys And instead we get mindless fucking scenes, and whores crying. fuck them bitches, give me dragons. And the fact the she's pretty much lost in the middle of a fucking desert without anything, fighting for her life. While all the other "kings" are living comfortably in a castle makes her that much more interesting. And it's lame to have finished the season 1 the way they did then not show us dragons in s2. The all conclusion of s1 was watch out for the Targaryen they have dragons now, only to ignore the Targaryens almost entirely so far. I AM THE DRAGON !!
They did show the dragons, also they did show that they have not found food for the dragons yet. So also the dragons are starving atm.

This is how they want to do it, although it hasn't been confirmed yet. But there really is no other way to do it.
season 3 with 15/20 eps would work too =D

It wouldn't though, because they have stated that 10 episodes is the most they can produce in a year for this series.

Like the first two seasons, it will be ten episodes long. This one will cover (roughly) the first half or thereabouts of A STORM OF SWORDS, the third novel in the series. I’ll be writing the seventh episode, with the working title “Autumn Storms.”
from G.R.R. Martin's blog, looks like it'll be 10 episodes for the first half of storm of swords

Does anyone know if they plan to continue past the novels once they get to that point? (assuming ratings are still decent)

the novels are still not finished so why would they want to go past them? And really who knows how the novels will end? Maybe the world will implode

Considering the intervals between the latest books, Martin will be dead before the series is finished.

So do I; it's incredibly frustrating to have an author die in the middle of an unfinished series and pull a Robert Jordan. And apart from my selfish motivation, Martin's a decent and funny guy and his work truly is a great addition to fantasy.

I do remember reading something about that Martin has given the TV producer the major plot on his unfinished books just in case he dies.

He also has a writer friend who he gave the key elements of the story to for finishing the book just in case. I'm pretty sure.

I really need to finish up the books before the series passes them out. Read the first two years ago but haven't had a chance to finish the rest since.
As much as I'm loving the series, Theon Greyjoy is so sleazy... His sex scenes are uncomfortable to watch.

If you feel uncomfortable during that scene then it's done a good job doing what it's supposed to.

Maybe I missed something here, but why the fuck has no one in the dothraki tribe questioned why their queen has just given birth to a fucking dragon?

She didn't "birth" the dragons ,the eggs that she has had the entire time hatched.

Because she didn't give birth to dragons and because they're the first dragons that anyone has seen in CENTURIES? They're not going to be all suspicious or anything...

Most of the tribe left anyways when they saw their Khal falling ill, so when you ask why no one in the tribe asked about it, it's because there is no tribe left. And as most people already stated she didn't give birth to the dragons

No he told the David Benioff and Dan Weiss how intended the story to end if he were to die. Pretty sure he stated he would not like someone else to finish the story if he were to die. In book form that is

She did give birth to something dead with leather wings, though.
