If by leaked you mean that HBO leaked it themselves for HBO Go subscribers, then yes it was leaked, by HBO themselves.

I'm glad they can afford to do CGI for the wolves now, because regular dogs weren't really doing the direwolves justice last season.

Melisandre is waaayyy hotter than I had imagined. For whatever reason I kinda pictured her as above average looking but a little older; like a cougarish 40 something. Not a supermodel. Eyecandy. I thought they could have put more into the dragonstone scene, it prob made 0 sense to people who didn't read it. But I'm guessing like 90%+ of the audience has read book 2 by now.

I hope the current actors can step it up and grow into their roles a little better as the show progresses. I found both Tyrion and Cersei's acting to be very good this episode, along with Melisandre and Stannis

I found both Tyrion and Cersei's acting to be very good this episode, along with Melisandre and Stannis I guess I would say Cersei's acting was pretty good this episode. Tyrion was decent, but I usually expect a little better. I didn't really like Rob's acting that much, nor Jaime's this episode. On top of that, Littlefinger has never really done a very good job of convincing me. Stannis's rendition didn't do to much for me either, but that's probably cause he didn't match what I expected from the book. I also haven't seen him in action enough to know yet though. I don't mean to say any of the actors are bad, they just don't live up to the gap filled by the presence of Sean Bean and Mark Addy previously. I just felt that those two did a really great job of convincing me of their roles.

Stannis is a good actor, but his + Show Spoiler + sex scene was bad. it was like watching a 50 year old virgin.

I've always liked Littlefinger though, the actor is pretty much as I imagined. Same with Varys. Robb and Jon have always annoyed me a little though. Stannis is supposed to be the most uptight character in the series.
