I also read some stuff on the net that Bran traveled to the past to build the wall after what he saw in the present, and the people called him as Bran the Builder. Idk . Sounds plausible..

![]() I don't get the point of the close up dick shot. it's like the makers just want to troll us for the heck of it. The guy could easily have the same dialogue about his penis while they show him from behind. I don't like that Sansa is keeping secrets from Jon, I swear if she fucks everything up again...

Thanks. Anyway on another line of thought, for a while it almost seemed to me like the faceless bros could do no wrong, with Jaqen H'ghar being OP back in Harrenhal, what he said was true. He could seamlessly kill guards and you never felt like he could fuck it up. Then he became a lie detector, being able to know when Arya lied (which she did regardless for no gain of her own just to drive the point home that she can't lie to him). In a recent episode she drank from the magic well that kills people, and Jaqen basically "it won't kill you if you're no one", and she lived, suggesting that either she has successfully become "no-one", or somehow the magic well of death fucked up. But seeing how she reacted to the play, it seems like the well didn't do what we were led to believe. So are there different degrees of no-one? I was happy when she survived drinking from the well because I thought she'd move forward, I'm tired of her damn training regiment.

Showing boobs and ass is something different imo, Dany did not spread her legs into the camera in a close up. Also her clothes burned off, the dick scene made no sense and seemed like a troll to me. Not complaining about dicks when someone is naked and just comes out of a bath for example, but then I still don't need a close up, neither of dicks, nor of pussies. Actually I didn't mind, it made me laugh, it just made no sense to me and I don't get why they had to zoom in like that. I really think they just wanted to fuck with us :D.

As far as this episode goes, for me its probably in the top 5 episodes ever, after the constant deaths like the Red wedding / Ned Stark / Red Viper i didn't feel like anything could shock me or get me emotional anymore i felt like they was just killing characters just for the sake of it. Never felt anything when Stannis, Boltan or Prince Doran etc died, but oh man that hodor seen was so well done, up there with the red wedding for me, 10/10. Also just goes to show good GRRM's writing really is.

Yet most weeks I show up here and complain a bit ![]() Critiquing on the internet is hard in general because a lot of people frame all discussion as arguments, which isn’t really the point of critique. Although I do see a lot of people throwing around “the writing is bad”, which is pretty non-descriptive and does have a tone of myopic hate. A opposed to a than a more nuanced arguments like “The writing seems more forced this season, always trying to move the plot forward. I miss a lot of the more aimless discussions from previous seasons”. But I think the show does a lot better with less Boltons in general. Seriously, there is nothing interesting about that family any more. If anything, I expect the Starks to field an army and then Ramsay’s men just kill him because they feel no need to die for a mad-man.

The way I saw it, she reacted to the play but didn't react strongly. She kept herself in check. And then later, she said she thought the lady didn't do anything that made her deserve to die - which again suggests that that her emotions are in check more. So I took it as yeah, she's not quite there. But she's close. Kinda weird though, I agree.
