Littlefinger could also have influenced the capture of Rickon and then sent the letter to Jon. Littlefinger (with vale army) could swoop down after Jon vs Ramsay. The letter is most likely from ramsey despite its inconsistencies as the writing has degraded. However it could also be from stannis smalljon or LF or a mixture of two of them.
If people legit don't think the letter is from Ramsey than the two most likely people are the Umbers or Karstarks. They'd know the information and would probably be able to sneak the seal and bannerman.
Rallying Jon and the north would also support the Umber betraying Ramsey theory.

Umbers aren't going to betray ramsay. They never would have given the real rickon if that were the case imo.

No way any northerner is smart enough to write a letter that Ramsayesque. Eliminating a threat on one front would surely help him and this is a solid way to provoke the remaining Stark sympathisers into uniting and doing something rash.

Skinning not flaying? These are important details, unless of course the writing is subpar.

I'm surprised it's a question considering that it was hand delivered by a Bolton soldier. Unless you want to claim he was duped or a fake Bolton.
Based only on the show and nothing else I don't see a reason to doubt it's from Ramsay like it says...
Edit: I know someone did suggest the fake/fooled messenger but the show to date has been pretty straightforward on what it showed so I think it's a stretch.

I understand why B&B thought exotic weapons would be badass (it's clearly not) but at one point the fights become so unrealistic it's hard to relate.
Thought the same in Jon vs the psychopath and his knives at Craster's. I mean, you simply can't block a heavy long sword swung with full force with knives. The violence of the shock would be completely overwhelming. The fight was cool, but made little sense, especially considering the range of a long sword. Anybody would have got utterly crushed in 10 seconds.

I was far too focused on the completely unnecessary and pointless "twirl" by the other sand snake to even notice the sowrd vs. knife action in the background

I don't care about the fire and everything but one thing that does irk me is that when the fire happened and everyone gathered around it, only the dothraki facing Dany's direction could see her emerging from the door - seeing as how the building was still standing when this was happening. Meaning, from the people in the other angles where they don't see the door, they should not have been bowing to her because they can't see her.
I know it's nit-picky but yeah.

That's a good point. Although in such a situation word of mouth would travel super fast. The people who didn't see her would ask what just happened and quickly the information would get passed along. But that being said, the dothraki at the said bowed immediately aswell (actually watched it the scene again for it lol) so yeah...

Many of them have been disproven or confirmed by the show. The "The Hound is still alive and is part of the faith and will come back and duel his brother in Cersei's trial" theory has been around for a while because people think it'll be awesome. Show watchers haven't missed much that book readers know, it's not like the Red Wedding where we all knew it was coming, it's just a theory. I know no more than you do on the subject from reading the books.

actor that plays Hound is in the list of this season, so yea, he will be
not sure about resurrected, probably he didn't die at all, the same thing with Stannis, we don't know :|

probably in other topic, I was also thinking about telling a theory with explanation, but not here, otherwise we might be banned
the best option is to wait a bit
meanwhile 24h till next episode
