Theon logic is very similar to Baratheon logic, presumably because you can’t spell the latter without the former.

Also, once the other members realized that the undead army wasn't to be fucked with, wouldn't they have realized Jon was right about needing every single body to fend them off (after what happened in episode 8), thus justifying the actions that Jon took? If Jon had deserted to Jon Stannis or something (an offense actually punishable by death) then it would make sense for him to be a 'traitor," but he was voted Lord Commander, used his discretion within his power, had support for his decisions, and a complete rational basis for having the wildlings south of the wall (to fend off the ice fuckers). Will every Lord Commander of the watch now be killed because some cry-baby kid doesn't like a hard decision that had to be made? What happens if Jon lets the wildlings die and they get overrun by zombies due to lack of troops: does this justify killing him for "betraying" the watch by not protecting them properly? The show just did not justify this death in my opinion; the only justification I see is that they didn't like his decision, yet they went along with it, helped him, and I think episode 8 really showed he was right all along, and his death just felt like it was an attempt to bring about emotion that wasn't really warranted.

There you go. 255m.. so it doesnt really matter if its 40 or 41 ft. 255ft not meters... But anyway, I hope you can recognize the difference. This video is the most ideal conditions possible, and it's a WORLD RECORD. People have survived air plane crashes, but it's not likely. And if you'd like some math: At a fall from 20 meters, so a little bit over 60 feet... If you neglect air resistance, since it's a relatively slow height, you'll hit the ground at 71km/h Meanwhile, if you fall from an airplane, you'll hit the ground at roughly 200km/h... So as you can see, even though the height gets a lot higher, the speed does not increase, and therefore the impulse is not that much higher, hence the G's experienced are only a fraction higher for a speed that's significantly higher. More important is that the snow has the perfect characteristics and perfect depth. Yes, if you scouted it before to make sure the snow is deep enough, right density, and you knew how to fall, then there's a good chance you would sustain minimal injury. However, if we're talking real world, with the conditions shown, it's very likely you'd suffer serious injuries. We all know that she and reek will be fine though.

My guess is reek knows they've been pushing the loose snow from the battlements outside the wall. Should be deeper there than anywhere else though the recent thawing would probably make it have a hard ice crust. A bunch of pow pow would be better but they shouldn't end up with much more than a limp.

I also came across some random dudes questions, regarding the loose ends theres no book talk. First is botherhood of banners like everyone already is talking about but then he goes on to mention a couple of ends i completely forgot about like rickon and the tonks lady and then "Mysterious Qarth Woman in a Mask" - "Maybe this is just a pet curiosity of mine, but who is this mysterious woman, and why does she seem to know so much about Jorah? Just a red herring or what?" ![]() i cant even remember who this is O_o who the hell is this

Try jumping out of a four story building and see how you end up. Skiing has a transfer of momentum into going fast when you land on an incline, Sansa and Theon jumped onto level ground. Might have been a bit grassy and maybe muddy or some snow but that's not going to slow your deceleration much. Besides, literally five seconds before that scene, Theon pushed that crazy girl off of the same height. She died. So will they. Edit: They have a fucking ladder right there. Why didn't they just use it? + Show Spoiler + ![]()

Heck he probably couldn't even do it himself, seems like a heavy solid wood ladder. Also how are you going to compare jumping onto hard concrete to landing in a snow pile. Also said woman landed on rock, on her head, without bracing for the fall at all.

I wasnt convinced at first and thought they would at the least have broken legs or feet or something but that video definitely shows the snow could left them unharmed from that fall. Comparing concrete/stone with the snow seems unfair. Not saying that i would try what that guy did in the video because that was pretty crazy even with knowing the snow could brace the fall but i think the fear of some rocks under the snow would put me off.

Xd How doesn't it? He pretty much has to deny everything. If he says "yeah, I died, but I'll be back next season," then there's no surprise and his death has no suspense at all. If he refuses to comment, that's as good as a yes since it tells people there's something pertaining to his character's status that the producers don't want to spill. That leaves him with "No, I'm not coming back" as the only possible answer. Maybe he really is dead for good, but it's also possible that he's lying to make the surprise greater come next season. I suppose. But he talks about how he didn't get like a sword for his last scene and how he might cut his hair. How he's thinking of going into some movies and taking a break to read the books and stuff. He goes into too much detail to think he's actually just bullshitting and is lying about the next season. I always find it baffling when the actors/actresses who are in GoT say stuff like "I hope I don't die, haven't read the books". Why on earth would you not read the books? I would be just a bit curious to find out but I guess people really don't read anymore.
