what happens to Tyrion afterwards?
I doubt he seriously stays in King's Landing
he's at odds with Tywin and Cersei, so where does Tyrion's story go afterwards?
To either Bravos with Shae or to the Nights Watch anyway imo.

I'm betting Oberyn is Tyrion's champion. that's pretty logical imo, considering Jamie is missing a hand, Bronn is a sellsword, and no one else is loyal to him.
Didn't Tywin guarantee Oberyn he'd fight the mountain a few episodes back? intentional foreshadowing perhaps....

Isn't Trial by Combat a fight between the accused and the accuser? and only allow substitute when one of them is a child/woman?
|
In season 1 Tyrion had a trial by combat where Lysa's main knight fought Bronn, in place of Jaime who Tyrion requested. It seems just about anyone can fight in the trial.

zomg, if Jimmy is ganna fight for tyrion and die trying, it means the lannasters will have no heir unless Tywin start fucking again.

i lold at Jimmy Lannaster wtf man

Oberyn is by far one of my favorite characters this season. I liked his confused face when he just couldn't comprehend the lack of a sex drive.

Pretty sure it's Cersei calling witnesses and bringing charges though.
It would be fucking hilarious if Tyrion named someone openly hostile to the throne like The Hound or Beric Dondarrion or hell Stannis as his champion. Like, would they have to sit around and wait for a letter or messenger to come back (most likely, not come back at all unless they send some really good chicken) from any of those people?

OK this episode was SICK! I agree that Oberyn fighting for Bronn seems pretty likely, and especially after Tyrion's speech, I don't think anyone except Oberyn or Jaime would fight for him. I also don't think Tyrion would name his brother and put him in danger.
HOWEVER, what if Tyrion names Jaime and he accepts, then Jaime announces to Tywin that he would purposely lose unless Tywin fought himself.
I don't know, can this situation even happen? I'm not 100% on all the rules of Trial by Combat.
I'm pretty much speechless right now though. And fuck shae, she is a ho fo sho.

There's no fucking way Danny can take back Westeros if she continues to be like this.
|
So, how did the Lannisters find Shae? Wasn't Bronn making sure that she's safely sailed away? Is Bronn on of THEM?

It does require a willing volunteer.
If Tyrion can't find anyone that's willing to fight in his stead then he has to fight for himself.

Ikr. I kinda lol'd when her secretary said there are 212 more lmao.
also TIL that King's Guard cannot marry? Also Tywin wants Jamie to leave King's Guard and rule at Casterly Rock , but in season 1. Barristan said being a King's Guard is a sworn brotherhood and their vows are for life?

In the conversation with Jamie Tywin says something like "there is a precedent" and suggests the king can relieve Jamie of his vow. Not sure about the exact wording. But yeah in general Barristan is right.
