Not as much impact as when Jiraiya/asuna died. Even when kakashi died during pain's invasion it gave the huge feels. Sadly kishi tricked us into thinking that this was a brutal ninja world. Itachi hospitalized kakashi and sasuke with tsukiyomi and used amaterasu long before shipuudden, the only statement was that byakugan had better "insight" than a sharingan and that the sharingan was a distant relative of it, never that it was more powerful | ||
