I do think Madara wants Sasuke's EMS though, it might not give him a Super EMS, but I still stick by the theory that it would allow him to use Itachi's 3 MS Jutsu, and Sasuke's 3 unrevealed jutsu. We know Madara covets power more than anything (harnessing the bijuu), having 6 more uber jutsu would be right up his alley.

Since when does Sasuke have an EMS?

As far as I'm aware he does not as shown by the fact that his MS is already degrading his vision.

He doesn't have EMS even though both Itachi and Madara wanted Sasuke to take Itachi's eyes and gain it. I don't know if Itachi's eyes are still useable or anything, but if Madara is still interested in him, I guess he can get EMS in the future some how.

Sasuke has the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Also, there's a nice shot of Tobi/Madara's sharingan, which is the same 3 tomoe as Danzo's.

Thats Sasukes Mangekyou. All Mangekyou Sharigan have a unique look. All Sharigan have the same look, centering on around how many of the tomoe (those 'commas') they have in them.

Quick question, I just read the chapter where Tobi explained Itachi to Sasuke. How much of his story is true? Did he really kill his clan on orders from the hokage and the elders? I kinda get that Itachi wanted sasuke to kill him by how the fight turned out but how much of Madras tale is true?

I believe it's accepted that part of what Madara said was correct. Madara is a pretty duplicitous guy though, it could be fabricated. We also have two view points on Madara - Itachi says Madara stole his brothers eyes to gain the EMS, whereas Madara claims that his brother was dieing and offered them freely.

Madara is really old though, probably has dementia or something.

I'm pretty sure Sasuke does not have the Eternal Mangekyo because he never technically stole another Uchiha's eyes. And these two pages basically TELL you that he's going blind.
