It seems perfectly reasonable for danzo to have gotten the sharingan - after all he supposedly ordered itachi to eliminate the uchihas. why everyone so worked up artofmagic why do u think he got it from madara? | ||

Yea, at the same time the screens currently indicate that Danzo/Madara are one. That makes sense because Madara would reason that the only person who could beat him is another Uchiha so he ordered Itachi to kill the remaining Uchihas. But because the writer generally has thus far liked to keep all the lose ends accounted for it would mean that all of the Sharingan would have to be accounted for - meaning that if Madara and Danzo only had 1 each, that means there must be a similar two powerful Ninja running around with missing right-eyed sharingan. | ||

I think the fact that Danzo wanted Orochimaru's experiment data is significant to this debate. We know Oro wanted to live forever, but had trouble keeping his bodies in working order. Madara also seems to have lived much longer than anyone would normally expect. Danzo is pretty old, but wants Kabuto and that information which "will be useful for my right eye and arm" http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/454/17/ My initial thoughts are that this supports the theory that Danzo is Madara, but there really is little available information on how Tobi can fight. Does he have problems using his Sharingan and/or his right arm? He definitely doesn't seem to use either of them very much when fighting. Perhaps he uses his space/time manipulation to mask these faults? Or I guess if you think Tobi/Madara is fine, then this could be evidence against him being Danzo, but I'm not so sure. | ||

As far as I can tell that Sharingan is still a basic three tomoe one and while that bloodline has enough hacks at that level it won't turn a cripple into a power house. If he has a Mangekyou though... well then that changes things. | ||
