you could go to the half a dozen sites and give them your e-mail and they email you the second the cahpter is out so you can watch your email to know when it comes out

Same here, i checked the threads on TL and was like omigod, a new Naruto chapter! Some talk about Rinnegan, doh... Well, i guess thats what you get when you expect only what you were looking for ^.^

Assuming you all have this thread 'subscribed' you probably read this thread.... If you don't see a chapter posted on the very first post of the 'bump', it's safe to assume that there is no new chapter. Or some sort of bitching over how dumb the manga is.
