Um wtf no. Skeleton is the structure of a body. You need a skeleton for the basis of the rest of the anatomy. Why do you think people construct a skeleton before they make a building? It's the essential part of a body that gives it form, I don't know how else to put it. Skin is BS compared to a skeleton.

Um.... the Skeleton is what is the main structure of the body, followed by muscles then the ligaments and tendons to attach bones and muscle together... then finally skin.
Skin is like.. last, but I do agree that Naruto should be bigger, the chakra construct IS in fact growing bigger, he's certainly larger than his 4-tail form.
